Like so many others. Ordered one pack of patches. Got billed for 4, with an auto payment set up on paypal.

Cancelled the order within 4 minutes and they said I was too late, order had shipped. Absolute nonsense.
20 minutes later they emailed asking if I wanted to add other products and they could ship them together. That ironic.

They offered 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%, then 50%. Wanted me to post the product back to the USA with the shipping being at my expense. Laughable.

Persevere, don't back down and chase what is rightfully yours. After messaging back and forth on paypal with the merchant. 100% refund issued.
They don't like it when you threaten them and know your rights.

I ordered 4 pairs of socks and received 8(which I was charged for) I would have been quite willing to keep the 8 if they had fitted.The medium size I ordered were too small. Since I had paid over 50 pounds I enquired if I could exchange for 8 pairs of large .I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply .This was end of July it is now almost end of August. I would not recommend this company.☹️

Took out x4 the payment with out permission do don’t buy from this scam company.

Oh dear. I wished I had read the reviews first. I ordered one and the site double ordered as 2 and charged me twice. :(

Horrible site and very misleading. The site doubled my order and there is no way to cancel the order. I sent follow up emails and reached out to customer service immediately after and no response. Very unhappy customer.

I also ordered and they directed me to another link where you inadvertently hit another link. So now i have two sets of patches. I have no way to reach them to even see if they’re on the way

I would give no stars if it was possible. This company are scammers Like most of the reviewers I ordered a pack of 2 patches but then saw a further 4 packs had been added to my order and charged to my bank. They do not engage in any email exchange except to say it is too late (an hour later) as already on the way. I contacted my bank as the money just gets taken, nowhere did I click pay now so no chance to check order. The bank told me I had signed up for regular orders which I certainly did not. Have put a block on this company and advise anyone to do the same.

Absolutely gutted that I did not read this beforehand. I ordered one bottle of tablets they upped my order to 4 and charged me then when I went back in to check they then charged me for another 3. I cannot afford to write off £80 but have no hope 🥲 so annoyed with myself and the scammers, fed up with the nonsense I get back from them. 😬😡😡😡

DO NOT buy from Bandoo. This company is a scam. They should be reported. They just take your money!!!

I have also been scammed by this company, thought I was purchasing one product and ended up being signed up for more plus a subscription. I've cancelled the latter via PayPal and emailed the company who have basically told me that I consented to the purchase and the products can't be returned as they've been delivered. I will be taking this as far as I can with relevant authorities, this is terrible retailer behaviour and no doubt breaks many rules.

Zero Stars. This company steals your money. They upped my order without permission, charged me fill price for a second item. I even noticed the second charge, and communicated it to them but no reply. They shipped the order out before they responded to my request to cancel, and then said there's nothing they can do about it. I've filed a dispute with my credit card. Do not attempt to buy from this company. They are scammers.

I've had exactly the same experience.
I wrote to their customers services and received emails asking various questions about my order as they couldn't track it. It was stalling to get through the 6 hours. Tracking number now suggest order is being shipped from Shanghai. I ordered 1 order they added another and added a subscription. Hopefully the subsription is cancelled. If this has been going on for a long time why hasn't Banks put markers on the company and refused payment.

They are crooks !! They added items to my order which I hadn’t ordered and then refused to cancel the order even though I reported it within minutes of seeing their order confirmation. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole !!

Zero Stars. This company cheats, and steals your money. They upped my order without permission, charged me for it, and their communication requirements are convoluted and ineffectual. They shipped the order out before they responded to my request to cancel, and then said there's nothing they can do about it. I've filed a dispute with my credit card, and warned them that the company will lie, as stated in other reviews here. Do not attempt to buy from this company. I don't know if their product is any good or not, but I doubt it. They are scammers.

Please read other reviews. Not bad enough product is way over priced they send a extra order and charge your credit card. 70% off makes it about the price on Amazon or Ebay. They will not acknowlege they added a extra order so have a dispute filed with my credit card for fraud.

My husband was reeled in via heavy promotion adverts, said he only ordered one box at £18.30 but we received an email stating the order value was £57 I replied same day saying we hadn't ordered this but, surprised, had already been speedily dispatched. Went to open a case with paypal to find a recurring payment has been set up that wasn't authorised, when I opened a case with paypal it was closed as the copy provided an 'initial order invoice' for £57, 2 payments taken same day. Company also provided a tracking number and the loophole for them is that they say you can return, to the US, at your own cost, I am still trying to get a refund via paypal

Would like zero stars really.
This company kept coming up on my instagram feeds. I thought I’d done my due diligence but obviously not. They are preying on people who may not be feeling great which is awful.
I had same experience as others tried to order one packet to trial ended up with an order for 8 boxes and 2 charges to my account - £87.45. Hopefully stopped the recurring payments and maybe the actual payments through PayPal. I’m just going to have to wait and see.
Can Instagram / Facebook not step into to help the people who are obviously being scammed ?

Not worthy of one star. I had exactly the same experience with other reviews, I did not order and yet I find I have been charged for 5 packs of the rubbish with two orders amounting to £57.05. They were also implying the product was Japanese and not it's Chinese.
Worst still, by accident I just noticed on PayPal this company Bandoo.com have set up a recurring account!!!!
