Alles top und die Qualität vom stoff ist perfekt für mich

High quality anime clothing like this is what we neeeeeed. Quick delivery with great packaging. Good managing of the website but I think you should get more athletes and gym goers to promote your stuff as the anime community is big within that area

J’ai commandé 2 t-shirts dont j’ai trouvé la qualité et le design très réussis. Malheureusement, bien qu’ayant commandé la plus petite taille, les t-shirts étaient gigantesques et j’ai dû les retourner. J’ai bien obtenu le remboursement de mon achat après un certain temps. Ma plus grande réserve concerne la localisation de l’entreprise. En effet, ce que laisse croire l’URL du site (bankaii.de) est qu’il s’agit d’une entreprise en Allemagne alors qu’en fait l’entreprise est située en Suisse. Quelle importance ? La Suisse ne faisant pas partie de l’espace Schengen, si votre établissement bancaire est une banque traditionnelle et non une banque en ligne, des frais de change et de transactions seront ajoutés. Ensuite si vous devez effectuer un retour, vous devrez vous acquitter de frais de douane. Donc au final beaucoup de frais additionnels et un grand manque de transparence pour le consommateur. Je pense que si j’avais eu toutes les informations, je n’aurais pas effectué cet achat, dommage…

Die Produkte sind einzigartig, super cool und die Qualität ist top! Bei meiner Bestellung gab es eine kleine Verfärbung auf dem Ärmel- kann ja mal passieren- und als ich mich beim Support gemeldet habe wurde mir sofort ein neuer Pulli geschickt. Man merkt das es ein kleines Unternehmen ist dem der einzelne Kunde wichtig ist. Hier bestelle ich immer wieder gerne!

J’ai acheté un tee short ainsi qu’un sweat pour mon père. La qualité de l’impression est très mauvaise et floue. Pour 90€ le sweat je trouve ça excessivement chère. Malheureusement je suis très déçu par cette marque. Malgré cela une livraison rapide.

Ich habe 2 Hoodies und ein tshirt bestellt. Die Motive sind der Hammer und die hoodies sind innen schön flauschig und echt dick/warm genau richtig für den Winter. Das tshirt ist vom Stoff her dünner und der Schnitt obersized, da hätte ich mir mehr an Länge gewünscht. Es ist für meinen Geschmack etwas kurz.
Der Versand ging schnell und ja die Sachen riechen anfangs chemisch aber war nach dem ersten Waschen alles weg.
Aber rund um geiler Shop :) werde definitiv nochmal bestellen.

Zum Kundenservice und reture kann ich nichts sagen, haben wir beides nicht gebraucht

Die Stoffe sind super, die Prints sehen top aus & die bestellten Kleidungsstücke kamen schnell an.
Leider ist der chemische Geruch nach Ankunft ziemlich extrem, legt sich aber nach dem waschen.
Zudem ist der Rückversand, falls etwas nicht passt, recht hoch, da der Sitz in der Schweiz liegt… (wird kommuniziert, trotzdem schade), da es mich von einem weiteren Kauf abhält.
Kundenservice ist schnell und freundlich.

Hab heute meine erste Bestellung bei Bankaii bekommen und bin echtx positiv überrascht. Ich hab mich mal an eine „neue“ Marke rangewagt und muss sagen, es war kein Fehlkauf. der Backprint gefällt mir rbesonders gut, echt cool gemacht. Traut euch ruhig mal was ueues und probiert es selber aus, kannsnur empfehlen!

Bankaii ist genial, mit winzig kleinen Abzügen.

Positiv:
- Schneller Versand, habe nie länger als 3 Tage auf meine Pakete warten müssen
-Printqualität, sieht nicht nur hochwertig aus, fühlt sich auch so an
- Material 100% Baumwolle, kein Synthetik dreck
- Schöne Motive
- Sehr netter Support

Negativ:
- Material könnte etwas dicker/schwerer sein, sie sind wirklich ziemlich leicht und der Bund bei den Pullovern ist mir persönlich etwas dünn

- Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch, ein Kind kann sich das von seinem Taschengeld wahrscheinlich eher weniger leisten.
