We know how daunting it can be to order glasses from afar, especially when adjustments can be tricky, so I'm delighted to know that everything from the acetate colour to the artistic details met your expectations. Your compliments on our attention to detail and craftsmanship truly warms our hearts.

I'm relieved my modifications made your frame more comfortable and secure to wear. (Comfort is king!) It's good to know my instructions were helpful to your local optician too.

Regarding the lens cloth, I appreciate your honest feedback. I understand how important it is to have a reliable cleaning cloth on the go, and I'll definitely look into this further. Your suggestion is valuable and will help us improve.
