One of the best life choices I've made was training with Barefoot Coaching over a decade ago. I am still reaping the rewards from it, having completed the course, received my PG Certificate, and finished my Masters in Personal & Business Coaching.

I had the pleasure and good fortune of being trained by Kim and top-rate guest speakers, including Nancy Kline, Jamie Smart, Michael Neill, Prof Damian Hughes, and of course, Cara De Faye.

As corny as it may sound, Barefoot Coaching changed my life. Before the course, I felt like my life was going nowhere fast, and I felt very limited and stuck in a rut. I knew I had more to offer but didn't know what that was.

I discovered Barefoot Coaching purely by accident, and now I feel like my life has a purpose. I am doing what I know I was born to do, which is to help people. I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of coachees and witnessed some fantastic transformations.

I cannot say enough about Barefoot Coaching, and my biggest thanks go to Kim Morgan for developing and facilitating such an amazing course.

This was one of the most transformational learning events I have ever attended. The tutors were brilliant. They are experienced, practicing coaches who are also very skilled facilitators. I learnt a huge amount over the four months and enjoyed working with a wonderful group of participants who also brought their own rich experience with them. Barefoot were consistently professional and learner centred throughout.

Barefoot were recommended to me by several people I trusted and not only their programme, but their whole way of doing business, went beyond what I expected and hoped for. I chose Barefoot Coaching Ltd after reviewing what came back on an internet search. Many of the results seemed to offer a certificate of competence in return for a cash payment. Barefoot charge for their course, and do issue certificates, but before you are confirmed as a competent, but novice coach, you have to successfully complete a rigorous, but enjoyable and life-changing course. If you want to learn about becoming a coach, rather than just being 'a coach', choose Barefoot.

I completed the ICF Accredited PG Cert in Business and Personal Coaching. I completed the course virtually. I experienced it as very experiential, thoroughly practical, and well-supported by knowledgeable tutors and well-written materials. The option to complete the PG Cert and from there a Masters is an excellent addition to the course.

I attended the Coach Flagship Programme in 2021. I have worked in corporates for 25+ in the Learning, Development and Coaching space. Let me tell you that I didn’t really know, appreciate or practice what ‘true’ coaching was until my programme.

I have done many programmes around personal development and I have to say that I am very impressed by the Barefoot programme. It is very robust, with very informative materials that support ongoing coaching learning outside the classroom. It is structured very well and easy to follow. The sessions themselves are taught by different leaders in their fields and we always get to learn by doing which is critical when you go out into the real world. It is very clear that the team has a lot of experience and wisdom to share. You learn how to be a better coach and also learn about yourself in the process. I highly recommend working with them.

An all-encompassing experience. The Barefoot coaching programme was challenging, supportive, fun, and thought-provoking and helped me make the step change I needed in my career. A very well-constructed programme led by experts in the field. I am not sure how you get a better experience. Highly recommend.

I spent a lot of time researching and going to taster days for different coaching organisations before committing to Barefoot years before I was actually able to do the course. I am so glad I chose them. The course was a fantastic blend of seminar style content focused learning, watching demos, discussing case studies and practical sessions which enabled me to embed the learnings and change the way I communicate and coach incredibly quickly. The tutors also all brought something unique and valuable. They were all very friendly, inclusive and helpful. I cannot express how useful I've found the new skills I've gained from this course. Taking the Barefoot course was one of the best decisions I ever made. It was completely transformative for me. Loved every moment of it.

From the day I met Jo and Kim at their taster session I knew that this would be a company that would support me through every step of my training and I was not wrong. I signed up and embarked on their flagship training programme in January 2020 and as I entered the room greeted by our two tutors and all my fellow learners I felt welcome and excited. The standard of the material, tutors and support was exceptional and in March when we had our final 4 days when covid struck Kim proved just how important it was to keep going as she stepped in when one of the tutors was taken ill. I’ve since gone on to do their Team Coaching Practitioner Programme and loved every minute of that too. I’d you wish to train as a coach then this is the company that will make your journey totally seamless and hugely rewarding. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

In 2018, I was miserable, burnt out and needed a change, a fresh start and just knew I needed to feel more empowered from within, that's when I found coaching and decided to do a course, after some research into coaching companies I decided on Barefoot and I'm very happy with my decision, as it was an amazing rich course, beautifully delivered with compassion, empowerment and love. This year 2022, I achieved my Post-graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching with University of Chester which I am so proud of myself for. I am grateful to Barefoot for helping me achieve this and for helping me to get started on my coaching journey with such a stylish foundation of rich information and learning. I did the Barefoot Coach Training Programme in 2019 and it was wonderful! I took a leap of faith, having not been on a taster session and having very limited experience or understanding of coaching at the time. I was also at a key transition point in my own life. I can say without hesitation, the course was truly one of the best things I've ever done. The tutors were kind, supportive and so knowledgeable. The course was varied, thorough and all-encompassing. I learnt so much about myself and who I wanted to be. I learnt how to help others in a supportive and constructive space. For me, it re-awakened hopes and dreams and re-ignited purpose. The on-going pathways that Barefoot puts in place are excellent. In 2022, I achieved a Post-graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching with continued support from Barefoot. Completing the Barefoot PG Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching in 2020 was a truly transformational experience for me. I had been coaching for several years and was looking for a robust foundation to underpin my practice. I wanted a course that would help me to get more comfortable with addressing my own emotions and those of others, and broaden my knowledge of human psychology. I was also drawn by the breadth of the material covered, and how it would build on the breadth of areas that I had already explored. The course met all of my expectations and more. It has been the starting point of an exponential cycle of learning and development that continues to this day. It has made me a fuller person and enhanced the quality of my day-to-day interactions, let alone enhanced the quality of my coaching. It has also given me a community of peers that has added richness to my life.

Ah, I thank my stars for discovering Barefoot Coaching. Their training programme was recommended to me by two practising coaches, and I cannot recommend this company enough for delivering a life-changing coach training programme that really helps its participants see things in perspective. Such a wide and deep curriculum that makes you crave more, crave a deeper understanding of the Coaching practice, whilst setting up a solid foundation for you to become a certified Coach.

If you are seriously interested in Coaching as a professional and you want to understand the tools, the skills and the mindset for Coaching, this is the course I would recommend. Loved every bit of it!
