"Het is ongelooflijk! De service, de tips, de snelheid (niet van de server 🤣), maar van de antwoorden die je krijgt op de vragen die je stelt of dingen die je verkeerd hebt gedaan in de configurator. Het is alsof ze om de hoek wachten om jou verder te helpen en je bestelling voor jouw benodigdheden aan te passen naar de beste oplossing die er is. Het is echt fantastisch! Het team daar is echt op en top, balanced performance/quality service. Het is simpel: voor zulke zaken bestel ik nergens anders dan bij Bargain Hardware!!"

Great Company - Highly Recommended
Purchased an HP laptop for a very reasonable price about 5 months ago. Very happy with it until it refused to boot a few days ago. Got in touch with Bargain Hardware support, via email, who responded very quickly. Although the error code was 'general motherboard failure' it turned out to be faulty RAM. I was fully expecting to have to return the laptop to them but they offered me the option of just replacing the RAM myself which saved a huge amount of time and hassle. RAM arrived next day and sorted the issue completely. I cannot praise them highly enough - I have rarely received a better (or faster) customer service response. Will definitely be using BH in the future - highly recommended!

Great company.
Just bought a hi-end refurbed workstation from BH. (HP Z8G4 768GB RAM). Very helpful support chap gave me lots of info before I bought. The cost was less than half of a new system. The workstation came within 4 working days, whereas I was quoted about 4 weeks for a new top-end Workstation. I will definitely be back!

Amazing company
Amazing company. Customer service is 10/10. I stupidly ordered the wrong ram for my pc and the awesome customer service rep helped with a refund and even asked for my pc model and sent me a link to the right ram stick. Will definitely order from here agai (order the right thing next time) and pass this company on to my other pc nerds friends so they know where to get all the pc needs

The only response from us was not a fake excuse, as we discussed in the ticket you opened we only deal in refurbished hardware and some cosmetic damage is to be expected, as also mentioned in the ticket we are happy to accept the machine back for a refund if you are not happy with it.

Item sold with non-standard keyboard
Item sold did not conform to the its basic normal standard. Support team was not versed with the requisite information about the product.
I had to personally go to HP to get response to the questions asked. The answers were totally in reverse to what bargain warehouse gave.

Hi Bernard, we're very sorry to see you were not happy with your experience with us. As we supply refurbished hardware it is not always going to meet the exact requirement set by the manufacturer. Looking over your query I can see you have received a replacement keyboard that was not backlit - as we explained in the ticket we cannot guarantee a backlit keyboard on our laptops, this is not a feature we advertise as many of our keyboard are resprayed. We did offer to refund the keyboard and the offer is still valid if you'd like to return it. We look forward to hearing back from you.

They send me a broke workstation but they send me replacement
I bought a workstation for 2.013€ and they sent me a broken one. At the beginning it doesn't start with Displayport, they give me excuses about the cable (I tried 3 different ones) and after find a solution (without his help, they only offered me a refund but I have to send the workstation in Spain and I'm from Andorra).Now the workstation suffered 4 blue screens in one day and I cannot work with him.
PD: they said that i'm a liar because i didn't provide proof of the problems and is not true. But i have to say that they provide me with new component in warranty to try to fix this computer. I will update this after know if they work.

Our support team dedicated over 4 hours of live chat support on 15/02 to assist you in resolving the issues with your workstation. During this time, we requested evidence that the issues were present from day one, which, unfortunately, you were unable to provide.
Based on our assessment, the problem appears to be related to either the RAM or the drive. To troubleshoot further, we recommended testing the RAM sticks two at a time and provided a link for testing the drive. Our intention was to identify the faulty component and promptly send out a replacement part to minimise the inconvenience of having to return the entire machine.
We offered to cover the expenses for collecting the machine from the address in Spain where it was delivered. Unfortunately, we're unable to collect or deliver to Andorra directly.
We're committed to resolving this matter promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions or concerns.
