Very helpful.

They provided a level of service that was second to none. The professionalism and expertise was evident from the first meeting, and my inquiries were well answered by someone who took his time to address all the concerns I had. Experience could have been better

My experience could have been better. Their third party partners Visionary finance and Elite Solicitors made the experience much harder for myself. There should have been more clarity on the true cost of the process. Going forward there should be more focus on the client and their experience and making sure they get the best value for their money

We were slightly slower to respond to your review while you were liaising with James to try and fix your issue.

I am aware that you have now had some money sent from us as a gesture towards the additional charge you were required to pay to the third party.

As per your feedback, we have been evaluating our partnerships and working with the mentioned partners to make the process more seamless for future clients.
