The brushless motor would sometimes…

The brushless motor would sometimes start spinning in the wrong direction. I contacted customer service by email to explain the problem. A brand-new machine was sent to me immediately. So, an excellent customer service experience. The machine is extremely powerful. I use it for a boat deck, a swimming pool liner, an exotic wood deck, old floor tiles, etc. The build quality is excellent.

Das Gerät ist nach über 4 Wochen nun…

Leider ist beim Versand etwas schief gelaufen und das Gerät konnte nicht zugestellt werden.
Das Geld wurde aber durch Batavia erstattet.

es tut uns leid, dass sich die Lieferung und die Kommunikation so verzögert haben. Wir haben am vergangenen Mittwoch eine neue Lieferung für Sie erstellt. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde diese am 11. Juli um 09:47 Uhr bei Ihnen zugestellt.

Dass Sie bislang keine Rückmeldung zu Ihrem Widerruf und kein Retourenlabel erhalten haben, entspricht nicht unserem Serviceanspruch. Wir werden Sie direkt kontaktieren, damit die Rücksendung schnellstmöglich geklärt werden kann.

I am very disappointed with Batavia's…

I am very disappointed with Batavia's customer service. Immediately after placing my order, I contacted the company to report that, despite entering my VAT number, my company details had not been included and no business invoice had been issued. Unfortunately, my request was ignored.
In addition, although I provided the correct delivery address when placing the order, the package was sent to an old address associated with my Google account. This shows a lack of verification of customer information and a careless approach to customer service.
It is a pity because the product itself seems to be good, but the after-sales support leaves a lot to be desired. I expected a prompt response and a quick resolution to the issue, but instead I was met with no response and unnecessary complications. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.
