This is my second order from bathlabs. Had a good experience with both in terms of delivery of goods but very quickly a part broke (toilet seat fixing). I contacted them via email to report and they confirmed it was covered by warranty. Over 2 months and 7 emails later, still no part. Multiple requests for pictures to confirm part needed (despite that presumably being on the spec?), wrong part sent out, a lot of hassle, still not fixed.
The stuff is nice but I would avoid in future for awful customer service issues.

Ordered a shower screen 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing from them. Really worried that we have lost our money. I emailed to see what the hold up was and they have not replied.

Purchased a rimless back to wall toilet, soft close toilet seat and concealed flush. Products are good quality. Only gripe is the flush plate is a bit cheap and I don't think it will last long.
Communication was excellent and I was able to arrange a delivery date to suit my timescale for the bathroom renovation.

The items arrived promptly and well packaged.

I was very impressed with the customer service when there was a slight hiccup in proceedings and I would happily recommend them.

I’m always hesitant to order online especially when the price looks too good to be true. I was completely changing our bathroom and was shocked at the prices I was being quoted for simple items. I found BathLab and done some checks and as a test, gave them a call just to make sure they existed. After confirming someone was at the end of the phone and knowledgeable about bathrooms I placed an order for one item to see what the quality was like considering other sellers where charging three times as much. The item arrived being the sink and cabinet. Quality was good so I ordered all the other items as well. Gary was on the phone to advise what was best to buy and was very helpful deciding on a toilet because our stack was in a strange position. I placed the order and Gary contacted me again to explain I had made a mistake on the order because I ordered a waste for the sink but the tap I ordered already came with a waste so that saved me hassle. Bathroom is now complete and I’m happy with everything I ordered from BathLab and customer service was outstanding.

We purchased a shower basket from BathLab several months ago. The basket came with a manufacturers 10 year guarantee.
Unfortunately the basket developed a fault on the chrome finish.
We contacted BathLab about the fault and they could not have been more helpful. Communication was excellent, they kept me fully informed throughout. They liaised with the supplier and arranged a replacement within a couple of weeks.
I cannot praise them highly enough for their customer service and would definitely purchase from BathLab again.

Excellent service from Bathlab. Ordered tap on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday.
The bath filler was easy to fit and operate and looks great, but as mentioned in previous comments its performance is not as good on a gravity fed system on 22mm feed pipes, giving just 5 litres per minute. Looking to fitting a pump to increase flow.
Thanks for the excellent service Bathlab, would definitely recommend using them.

I had purchased from you a toilet bass on information you had give me for this so was incorrect is lesson to learn not order on line
