I purchased a Pebble Grey bathroomâŠ
I purchased a Pebble Grey bathroom mirror in October 2024, and it developed a fault under normal use within 17 months. The retailer sent a replacement sensor, but I cannot safely install electrical components myself due to the wiring and bathroom installation.
When I requested a replacement mirror or a professional repair, the company refused, claiming I was outside their 12-month warranty and could not provide a guarantee certificate. This is a clear disregard for my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protect consumers independently of any warranty.
The handling of this issue has been unhelpful and unreasonable, leaving me without a safe or fair resolution. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Faulty product and installation costs
I had an illuminated bathroom cabinet from Pebble Grey installed in my bathroom 2 months ago and within that short period time the mirror door has already started to show signs of corrosion in the corners.
I requested a replacement product from the company and they did thankfully send another out promptly. What is extremely disappointing is that I paid £90 to have the cabinet installed by a professional and Pebble Grey will not cover, or even contribute towards the cost, of installing the new one, therefore I have now been left significantly out of pocket - so not happy at all.

Pebble Grey experience.
After many months, we finally thought we had found the bathroom mirror we wanted at a reasonable price, but when it arrived we found that it wasn't what we thought.
We contacted Pebble Grey customer service and they took me through the returns process, it took some time, return cost was up to us and the refund took some time.
All that said, their customers service was good and staff very helpful and polite.

LED Bathroom mirrors
Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer support from Pebble Grey Ltd.
We purchased two of their illuminated bathroom mirrors and both lights have already failed â one after around two years and the other after three. For products at this price point, I would expect them to last significantly longer.
When I contacted customer support to ask about getting them repaired, I was simply told that because we hadnât registered for the extended warranty, the mirrors are now out of warranty as they only come with a one-year standard guarantee. These mirrors were sourced and installed by a builder during our renovation, so we were never advised that registration was required for extended cover.
There was no attempt to offer a repair option, replacement parts, or any goodwill solution â just a statement that they are out of warranty. Given that two mirrors have failed so quickly, this is very disappointing.
Based on both the product lifespan and the level of customer service received, I would not recommend.
