Bathroom Rea レビュー 

I ordered a mirror which arrived broken back in July, the fedex driver didn’t even bother to get it off the van as he could hear the broken glass so it was marked down as refused delivery - clearly didn’t want a broken mirror. So I contacted bathroom rea to explain and I asked for a replacement which I was denied due to me refusing delivery and was told to place another order which I did whilst I waiting for my refund from the broken item.

Ever since I’ve had to do all the running around trying to get my money back, back and forth with them and FedEx who backed up the facts I gave them and they are still REFUSING TO REFUND ME! They claim they need to have the smashed mirror back and claim the item is still at a local FedEx warehouse but the shipping details show it was shipped back to them although hasn’t arrived.

So I buy a mirror, it arrived smashed to bits. They for some reason want this smashed to bits mirror back even though it can’t be resold plus they have proof from the delivery company that it was denied due to being broken. They have made me do all the running around whilst they’ve KEPT HOLD OF MY MONEY and are still REFUSING to refund me for their broken item they sent me. There has been no level of customer care, absolutely appalling customer service and still to this day I haven’t had my refund! So I will be seeking legal action against them.

Unbelievable! I was so sceptical about ordering at first, but I’m so glad I did.

I bought 2 beautiful sink for just £58 each after finding the exact same one in another shop for over £300. It arrived today and the quality is identical.and the size.

I also ordered a matching toilet for around £250, compared to over £500 elsewhere, and again, the quality is excellent.

My order arrived in just 4 days via FedEx, and everything was packaged really well. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would definitely order from them again.
