Bathrooms And Showers Direct

Competitive prices and easy to place an order on a logical website. The company kept me up to date on progress of the order.

Great customer service given by Afia. She was prompt, courteous, and informative throughout the transaction. Super quick delivery. Overall fantastic experience. many thanks Afia

This is my second item I purchased from this company as before superb service and very compatible prices. Could not fault it in any way. If ever I need bathroom fittings or plumbing accessories this company is first to check on my list. Great all round service from Bathrooms and Showers Direct, thank you

Competitive Pricing quick delivery and great customer service. Thanks to Becky and Afia

Purchased a Roca Bidet cover, very competitive price. Initially it was out of stock but good communication from the Company kept me updated and it was delivered after minimal delay. Would definitely recommend them.

B&S Direct offered a competitive price for 2 Duravit toilet seats. Both items turned up within 2 working days as stated in the order.
Would definitely use them again

I called to check some details and the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful. I placed an order and it was delivered to my door within 18 hours. A truly impressive turnaround time

Great service! Cheapest cistern I could find on the web to match the one I broke and was delivered within 2 days

I have not received the shower yet so I can not do a review...no message about delivery yet from yourselves

Very prompt delivery. Easy to use website.

Quick delivery ,great price, item packaged superbly, easy ordering, how ordering on line should be.

Excellent. Would recommend. Product received extremely quickly and was at a good price. No delivery notification but presumably that is down to the delivery company.

Easy website to use. My item arrived really quickly. No actual instructions in the box but managed to find a video on YouTube to fit the new toilet seat. Would definitely order from them again

The service was excellent and the product arrived the day after ordering

I needed to replace my old Roca toilet seat and cover but I didn't know the model number and was somewhat overwhelmed by the range of different models and fittings. Afia (Customer Services) was always helpful and friendly and was quick to answer my emails and to contact Roca on my behalf for expert advice.

Now that the new seat has been installed I'm very pleased with it.

Although the seat isn't cheap BathroomsandShowersDirect has a wide range of stock and offers the best price.

Item was showing in stock when I ordered. Then received an email to say they didn't have it but were ordering from supplier and it'd be with me within 7 days. On chasing, was then told no, supplier doesn't have it and I wouldn't now be receiving it until mid June! Asked for refund and had the item delivered next day from another supplier! Very badly managed, wouldn't recommend.

Website made it easy to find the right product, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Hassle free.

Had what I wanted for a good price and very quick delivery
