I can't praise my experience enough!
All staff are polite, friendly, full of advice & really couldn't do enough for you.
The lovely manager Steve was the 1st member of staff I spoke to & instantly made me feel confident that I would receive the best service they could offer- they absolutely didn't disappoint. Within under an hour my daughter's car was fixed & ready to go. From a fantastic manager, to the wonderful mechanic- who came to speak to us personally about our options & to talk us through any work he would carry out, to finally the kind, friendly gentleman at the at the reception desk.. I truly can't thank you all enough. I highly recommend- 5 star experience ✨️

Called in on my way to work after an unexpected delay had put me horribly behind schedule. This wasn't my first visit but I was worried about the lack of time, I didn't need to - just like last time, the staff were friendly and the service was very efficient. Paperwork was prepared and payment taken quicky allowing me to be on my way in near 'pit stop' time. Thank you :0)

Ordered from Asda Tyres for fitting by Bathwick Tyres.

Polite staff, but slow. More importantly, after 45 minutes the fitter refused to fit my tyres, as I had ordered 205 rather than the 215's currently on my car.

My car specs say I can use either size, with 205 being the default. My car has a tyre chart in the B post of the car, it confirmed 205's were correct, but the fitter wasn't interested. Seemed like he just wanted less work to do on this rather hot day.

Total waste of time, and I now have to fight for a refund from Asdatyres, and find a fitter that knows what they are doing.

The 1st place I contacted was Cabot Tyres, and they confirmed 205's were correct, so the will get the job.

Needless to say, I won't be returning to Bathwick Tyres.

Very disappointed with the service, which on the face of it appeared fine. Turned up without an appointment but was seen fairly quickly. However, being told that “I can do you a deal on a mid range tyre for £120” and then establishing that the actual tyre fitted was advertised on the website for £110 is disappointing to say the least. Don’t expect to get “a deal” but certainly don’t expect to be over charged. Won’t be using again and would recommend double checking with the website to avoid over charging. I had offered the opportunity to redress but no reply as yet.

So far so good amazing customer service at the Cheltenham branch they went above and beyond two new tires done in 30 minutes

Exceptional service at Bathwick Tyres Brislington, Bristol

I turned up without booking an appointment due to a screw in my tyre and low tyre pressure. Having driven around previously to other garages beforehand, all I wanted was some advice. The team checked over the tyre and confirmed the low puncture from the screw - offered to repair or order a new one in at a reasonable cost. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision there and then so went home and came back the following day to get it fitted. As I returned the following afternoon, there was a lot of work being done but the team all looked calm, relaxed and worked as quickly and efficiently as they could to complete all vehicles. I was offered an alignment check too! The team were all extremely helpful, professional with fantastic customer service. 100% using them again in the future.

Purchased tyres through Asda Tyres selecting Bathwick Gloucester to fit.

Tyres were ready to fit. A very pleasant young lad fitted them to my Porsche. Initially concerned for the alloys but he took great care with them. Torqued up they wheel nuts to the correct torque and pumped the tyres up to the correct pressure. He was absolutely competent to do the job. The other members of staff checked on him occasionally and were friendly and talkative at all times.

I have used Bathwick many time and always had a top service. Nothing flash just good honest workmanship and advice.

Even though Bathwick didn't supply the tyres the service was the same as always.

Bathwick Tyres Cheltenham have recently fitted new tyres, and done my MOT, both excellent service! The MOT had a problem and required a re-test. They just couldn't have been more helpful in resolving an issue, taking far more time than I'm sure a normal Test would take, and all for a fixed price of £35 - truly excellent!! The whole team I dealt with were super friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this company without reservation, and will certainly use their services again.

Super helpful guys in the Trowbridge branch. Works were completed within a day and all super friendly!

Order 3 tyres online and delivered to store, Was booked in for tomorrow morning AM, but decided to pop along this afternoon and see if the tyres had arrived, and check timings for tomorrow, They had and the team offered to fit them today saving me hanging around in the morning, all done in under an hour and very happy, Cant recommend them enough. great service August14, 2023

Found a screw in my tyre, popped in on my way home. As I stepped out of my car, a very polite man asked me what the problem was. Told me to drive into a bay and he would carry out the repair asked me to go to reception. Another employee walked in, told me my car reg, confirmed my details and ask to wait. This is the second time I have been to the Bath based company. Can’t fault them. Polite, efficient, on the ball. Excellent service.

Yeovil Dampier St - I wanted 4 new tyres on newly restored wheels. The best local fitters could manage via Blackcircles, was 8 days away. I called these guys on the off-chance and was delighted to stumble across an offer on a decent brand of tyre, in the correct size which they could fit in a couple of days. I turned up as agreed and all done without any fuss. A minor invoice query rectified promptly. Decent staff, very competitive prices for a good product. Recommended.

This is not a reflection on Protyre as such, but their agent, Bathwick Tyres in Devizes.
The booking process with Protyre was easy and surprisingly inexpensive at £24.95 for an MOT. The transaction took only minutes and I had an acceptable time and date with my local Protyre garage, Bathwick Tyres. However, that was the end of the pleasure and the start of a series of very unsatisfactory events.
Within an hour, Bathwick Tyres telephoned and cancelled my appointment, offering a new one that was three days after the MOT ran out, but they were not interested in helping, just offered a refund if I wanted it. No I didn't, I wanted an MOT at £24.95 so accepted the delayed appointment and took the car off the road for three days. My appointment was at 1.30pm on Saturday. I arrived at 1.15pm as instructed and they said it would be 90 minutes, a long time to wait, so I walked home and waited. Three hours later they phoned to say it had failed the test. I was very surprised as it is six years old and very well maintained by the main dealer. I asked what had failed at they said there was no childs centre rear seat belt receiver?? Strange it was there when I took it in !!! (It was there, tucked away in the little hole provided for it by those clever chaps at Honda). It seems the tester couldn't be bothered to put his hand in the hole to retrieve it. It also failed on one headlight being too low. I asked why they didn't phone me and ask if they could adjust it for a charge, but got no reasonable answer. I was furious. This was a Saturday afternoon at 4pm and they would not adjust it until 10am on Monday, and when they did, charging me £20, it took them all of 20 seconds. When I went to collect the car after failing I showed them the seat belt and where it was kept, but the miserable and surly tester just walked off saying the car should be presented ready for testing. It WAS, and it made me furious. I had even washed the car and clicked in all the seat belts apart from the child's seat safety, which, as I said, was tucked away in its little hole.
So Monday morning came and I took it back for adjustment of the headlight and a pass certificate. I watched him adjust the light, as I said, once on the ramp and bonnet up, 20 seconds at most. £20, thank you very much.
I am 74 years old and have never experienced such poor service in all my driving experience.
You read about garages failing MOTs on very minor points so that they can have the car back for extra charges. This has never happened to me before and I usually scoff at the idea, but now...........
So it is back to Kwik Fit for me who have always done these small adjustments immediately, charged a nominal fee and issued a pass certificate.
My car is now out of main dealer servicing, and is due a major service and two new tyres next month.
Bathwick Tyres will not be getting the job!
They may have gained £20 on the MOT, but after unnecessarily leaving me without a car for 4 days they have lost around £500 to £600 of future business.

Excellent service, good prices & very friendly staff.

Put my vehicle in for a gold service so I could find out what was wrong worth it before I put it in for a mot. I had to phone the following day to see if theyd actually finished the service because they didnt bother contacting me.I was told I'd get the list of issues by close of play that day. 2 phone calls and 2 visits before I got the email 5 days later. Went back and booked it in for the repairs to be done and asked for a ball park figure of the cost. Told I'd get an email with an exact amount by the close of play. That was Friday, Thursday I took the van in still with no knowledge of the cost. That was at 8:30 I told them I still hadn't had the costings and was told I'd get a phone call by 10am and they wouldn't touch it till they had my ok. I went there at 11am and they were still working on my quote and the vehicle was in the air in the workshop. I left with my vehicle without the repairs getting done.

If you want a repair done with no knowledge of the cost and no communication from the establishment this is the place for you. If you would like those things, then drive past and go somewhere where they value their customers.

Ferndown branch - Not even worth one star. Needed to re-gas my air con. Booked on line (claimed discounts) and arrived on time. 3/4 hour later and they said it couldnt be done due to a leak. They also said I could have a full refund (which I opted for) or they would re-gas once I get it repaired. Fast forward to the repair, no leak found and re-gassed OK. Make of this what you will, for me they are history. Oh, also their online bookings all seem to be permanently set for 10.00am - hence everyone arrives then. Its a circus, first come first served more like.
UPDATE:- For what its worth, no a/c leak at all - proved by my local garage.

Yet again, had excellent service today, not overpriced, I live in Bath have been going for years, if you spend £30 or £300 you get treated exactly the same,
