Robe was thick, warm, and beautiful. The sleeves of the off-the-rack size were too short, so I contacted them and they custom-lengthened them at no charge (apart from my return postage cost).

Incredible quality and amazing customer support. Very helpful when I needed to change the garment and find a better fit.

Wonderful robe. The paisley fabric plus lining is nice and warm. Generous pockets. Long belt - it stays done up unlike my prior robe with amuch shorter belt.

Beautiful craftsmanship! It came in absolutely perfect and high quality. Took a bit longer than advertised, but when I reached out they responded quickly with a shipping date.

I purchased a high quality hand made robe. They set expectations accordingly, give it was a custom fab. The robe is truly outstanding. It's rare in the modern world that clothing ever lives up to expectations, but this is an exception. The craftsmanship is immaculate, the fit is impeccable, and I'm overjoyed.

Am 11. März 2024 bestellt - im Juni nachgefragt - vertröstet (am 25. Juni sollte ich die Ware erhalten) - nichts passierte - schließlich am 30. Oktober storniert - bis heute keine Antwort erhalten - und NATÜRLICH kein Geld zurück - Da hilft wohl nur noch unser Anwalt...

I was excited to order a smoking jacket from Baturina after finding the company through social media. Unfortunately the postal service lost my package, but the kind people at Baturina offered me a replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement, which arrived swiftly and without issue.

I am more than pleased with the jacket. It looks amazing and feels wonderful. Truly great craftsmanship.

The only negative remark I have is that the communication over e-mail with the people at Baturina was a bit slow at times. Apart from that I am very satisfied with them and the product.

It was easy to design my custom robe - I wanted something very warm that I could wear every day when I come home to my old (and cold) New England house in winter. I chose gray wool with green velvet trim and a cotton lining. It had to be ankle length for extra protection. Right now, I am sitting by a lovely fire in my robe, wondering why I waited so long to order from Baturina.

Der Hausmantel war wie erwartet von sehr guter Qualität. Machart und Farben entsprechen den Bildern im Shop zu 100%. Von daher bin ich absolut zufrieden.
Abzug gibt es trotzdem, da die angekündigte Lieferzeit überschritten wurde und von Seiten des Händlers erst auf Nachfrage eine Information erfolgte. Besser wäre es, sobald erkennbar wird, dass die angekündigte Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten werden kann, proaktiv den Kunden zu informieren. Dann fühlt man sich wahrgenommen und up-to-date.

I came across Baturina’s website when I was searching the Internet for a website that sold 1930s style robes and accessories and upon finding it, I was astounded. The styles they had, and the designs are completely reminiscent of that era. Their selection of different types of fabrics and designs of robes, all handmade, was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I ordered one item as a Christmas gift but when I saw their selection of smoking caps, I could not help getting some thing for myself also. They make items that are tailored to measure, but they also have items that they make and keep in stock and my order was processed very quickly because The items I wanted were in stock so I was able to get them quickly. Tailor-made can take a little longer, but it’s certainly worth it. I will be coming back for more and , treating myself to other things in the very near future from Baturina. Thank you for absolutely incredible items that you have to see to believe! The quality is impeccable, and I am sure the garment will outlive me!

The robe I purchased was exceptionally well-tailored, with high-quality materials. The sizing aligns closely with European standards, though it may run slightly snug. I will definitely order again, once I can justify the price.

Order got lost, but there was no stress to reactivate it.

- The product quality, materials, and fit are sensational.
- Although it took them some days to reply to my email, they did reply and sent me the tracking code.
- The company has a great product and the long time for production on MTO is understandable, but keeping in touch with the customers, like announcing when is the order starting production, when is it in QC, when ready, etc, would be greatly appreciated for your customers and would give you a much higher customer experience, given the price point.

I bought this product with a lead time of 4 weeks, now 3 months later I have still not received it and have had no response to my emails asking for an update or refund.
Truly awful service, you may as well put your money directly in a shredder.
I will happily update my review if they get back to me with a positive step forward.

I've ordered my custom robe back in the beginning of March just after my birthday. The types of robes Baturina offers are what I've been looking for for a very long time. When I ordered I was aware of the severe delays in shipping, of which a few warnings even appeared on the website back in April.

After a the promised delivery date however the robe has been delayed 3 times until it finally arrived in the beginning of September. That's 6 months from when I ordered. Each time I asked for an ETA they gave me one, but they never actually delivered on the promised date. Instead they'd promise me I'd get my money back, which I don't want. I just wanted an honest indication of when the robe would arrive.

Around July and August I decided I wanted to buy another custom robe (maybe even 2) because the quality just seemed so good. I decided to wait see if the robes are truly worth it.

To add insult to injury however, just a few weeks before my robe finally arrived, Baturina DOUBLED the price of a custom robe from what I've paid. The robe I've been eyeing up for months now is now almost 500 euros. If I had ever been warned of the impending huge price hike I would have taken the risk and bought it months ago.

I cannot in good faith recommend a company that delays a product 3 times, ultimately delivers it without warning on a date I'm on holiday and then jacks up the price 100% overnight. I will say the robe I have received is of excellent quality and deserves the praise it gets. If only I could now buy the other robes I wanted to buy for the old price, what a shame.

Ein schöner Hausmantel. Ich bin sehr froh, ihn erworben zu haben. Tolle Qualität. Andere Artikel werde ich sicher nicht bestellen. Die Lieferzeiten sind unterirdisch: im April bestellt, angekündigt für Mai, dann auf Nachfrage Juli, im September schließlich storniert, einen Tag später Information, daß das Paket auf dem Weg ist. So kann man m. E. mit Kunden nicht umgehen.
