Their communication was excellent throughout, and they guided me through planning permission with clarity and confidence. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the way they anticipated potential issues before they became problems.

BAYA have provided a great level of service and professionalism, throughout the entire design process of our kitchen extension. Patrick was our first point of contact and we felt that he fully understood what we were looking to achieve and then Shriya took over the design and planning stages and produced a fantastic set of drawings / plans to enable a successful planning outcome. All of the team have been fantastic if we have needed updates or in responding to any of our queries.

The process was clear, professional and extremely organised. From the moment you look online you know what you’re getting and how much you’re paying. Patrick and Shriya were very accommodating, listened and came up with ideas that we didn’t think of to fit our budget. Using draftsmen and women is definitely the cost effective way to go.

Baya Design is an exceptional firm that successfully completed a bungalow renovation and extension project for us based in Exeter. From the outset, Patrick provided unparalleled assistance in all aspects of the project, answering all questions with ease and confidence. The package offered by the company enabled us to work quickly and achieve a turnaround time that was beyond our expectations. Before the onsite measurements, we had the opportunity to participate in Zoom meetings, which helped us to understand the process and have our queries answered satisfactorily. Patrick then conducted onsite measurements, and the design process began immediately. We appreciated the continuous communication and Zoom meetings with Patrick and Shriya which were scheduled regularly at specific stages to discuss the drawings and next steps. The outstanding service provided by Baya Design included taking care of all the paperwork with the council, and the plans were approved seamlessly. The pack provided by Baya was comprehensive, including a contract pack for builders, which helped ensure that each quote was for the same work. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided by Baya, 10/10 and highly recommend their services to others. BAYA have offered us sterling service to conceive and develop our back extension. It has been a pleasure working with them, as the tandem in charge of our project, Patrick and Shriya, have consistently and effectively supported us in the process that led to the project shaping up.
After an initial on-site visit, the rest of the interaction was primarily on-line, which proved to be a very effective method: having been cautiously prepared, each meeting was extremely productive. We also appreciated their reactivity when it came to integrating our own ideas into the project.
