Bbq guys ownership = no Blaze warranty
Bought blaze outdoor kitchen equipment based on strength of warranty. Unbeknownst to me bbq guys now owns blaze and the warranty department is non existing. Had rubber accents on knobs of bbq dry rot off even before I installed it. It was right next to griddle with same knobs which have no signs of dry rot one year in...that's right one year in. I've been to showroom 5 times each time saying bbq guys will send to your house.....

Ordered online from company I was not familiar with, but that sold exactly what I was looking for. So I tried it, and was happy to report they kept me informed during the entire order acknowledgement, shipping & time, etc. My hubby's BBQ grill came ahead of my expectations. We have to put the grill & platform together yet--parts of it, but I'm very pleased with BBQ Guys as a company.

Outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen
I just purchased an outdoor Mont Alpi Kitchen Island and Grill set from the BBQ Guys. The unit came faster than expected. After I unpacked it I realized there was a small problem that the BBQ Guys were quick to respond to and I must add that Laquona went above and beyond to correct the situation quickly. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Mistakes happen and their customer service was the best I have ever dealt with.

Purchased a LeGriddle and had a few minor issues. Received great customer service from Jackie. Couldn’t be happier.
As for the griddle was a pain to put together the cart but the quality blows away the box store products- not even close. Can now enjoy a serious cooking tool like the pros.

AOG products
I have had great experiences with BBQ Guys. My landscape contractor who built my outdoor kitchen ordered all the components I requested from the BBQ Guys site. Everything arrived in perfect condition. An AOG grill with all the bells and whistles, an AOG double side burner, Blaze double drawers, trash/recycle pullout system, and access doors. I ordered an AOG grill cover and it arrived quickly. I have sent in questions about products and also the best product to care for something, and I get an email answer the next day. These aren’t just stock answers attaching some site, they are specifically focused on what I asked. They have been great to work with.

I ordered a smoker temperature controller from BBQGuys and it arrived earlier than their estimate. However, I ordered the wrong item by mistake. I contacted their returns department and had no trouble getting the correct part and had a refund issued promptly. Very pleased with their customer service.

Purchased a $700 Blaze Portable…
Purchased a $700 Blaze Portable Tabletop Grill from these people 8/27/22. Received grill 9/8/22 and from the getgo, had starting issues with the grill. Dangerous balls of Fire. I contacted there customer service department, explained in detail what was going on, and the sent me troubleshooting instructions for two different manufactures, not from Blaze. I even sent them a Video of the issue and they stopped contacting, i finally ended all communications with them last week. I finally contacted Blaze directly, and they helped me troubleshoot and resolve that dangerous problem, i tried to get BBQ Guys to exchange the grill for a bigger And more Expensive Blaze grill when this first started, but they wouldnt respond to this request, i would never, never purchase anything from them ever again, due to there lack of technical support for the products they sell. Purchase your grills from the Manufacturers if possible, and Never From them !

Ordered a Weber Master Touch 22" grill in Deep Ocean Blue (hard to find color) on 8/17/2022.
Grill was delivered two days later on 8/19/2022, a day earlier than expected.
Ordering was simple and I received no less than four emails about my order and delivery status.

Their partners are terrible
Their partners are terrible. I ordered a Primo XL 400. FedEx left this giant palate outside my front gate, inviting it to be stolen. Then their partner Handy.com told us they can’t send two contractors. This grill weighs too much for one person to assemble.
When we tried to handle this, your phone rep only was able to process a return. WHY can’t you have a service assemble this for me? Instead I have to return it. Crazy. The first person that Handy sent out opened the box and then decided he couldn’t do it, so the box is sitting open in the rain. I can’t believe you are making us return the product with screwed up packaging rather than just getting it assembled. Crazy. You need better partners.
Excellent customer service
I recently ordered a gas grill that was missing some vital parts (a manufacturer error). I was obviously very frustrated with the situation, especially as the manufacturer was giving me (and still is giving me) the runaround on getting the proper replacement parts promptly.
Luckily I was able to work with Toshia on the customer service team at BBQ Guys, and she was so kind, patient, understanding, and helpful. As any great customer service rep should be, she was focused on how to make the situation right, and was incredibly creative and gracious in finding me a good solution. While the order itself went a bit awry, I will be a lifelong customer of BBQ guys, knowing that they legitimately take care of their customers and do what's right when called upon.

Bad customer service had to send…
Bad customer service had to send pictures of damaged bowl on Kamari Joe ceramic bbq pit. Had to send several pictures of package. Damaged bowl, several photos of the box etc. Told them I would not open box until new bowl was going to be shipped. Fed-ex said it was not there problem got tired of the excuses and shipped back at my cost. Never again pitiful customer service.
