My grill is about 20 yrs old and needed an igniter and new burner. I received the order promptly. The only issue is that the replacement burner sits slightly higher then the original and as a result the igniter doesn't line up properly to igniter the gas. Oh well, I've been lighting the grill with matches for over a year and am used to it. I tried to call the # on the invoice but no 9ne answers. I'm assuming that this is the only replacement burner available

Good website and e-commerce platform. Quick processing and delivered as promised. Price was higher that expected for the Weber product, but …

My only issue is with the website stating to call for best pricing. I called and got the same price that was on the website so I could have saved time by just buying on the website no reason to call. Other than that the equipment shipped fast and got everything I needed

Ordering was very simple, shipping was fast and the Blaze grill was packaged correctly. Super friendly sales representative and did exactly what he said he would do. I would definitely order from BBQ Guys again.

FAST and EFFICIENT. Like really really fast - I ordered on 1/23/23 and received them on the 25th. The doors and drawers are solid with great, substantial handles. The drawers slide well. The trash drawer slides well. I got the Contempo design trash bin, 2 door/drawer sets, and just a set of doors. Highly recommended.

Only place that had replacement parts for our charcoal grill at a reasonable price. Shipping was as promised. No complaints, have purchased from them twice and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Hope you don't plan on relying on their shipping times. Their website specifically stated that the product ordered would not ship for 7-10 business days after ordering. I understood that and ordered it for a time that I would be at the location I needed it (a window of about a week and a half.) After ordering and paying for the product I got an email congratulating me for my purchase and informing me that the product would not ship for 14 business days!
I emailed the company to complain because had they honored their stated shipping time of 7-10 business days, I would have gotten the product to me on time and would have been happy. Instead they simply cancelled my order all together.

I would have been a repeat and good customer. Loyalty is important to me in my business and life and I treat others the same way. This company does not deserve that.

As it turns out, it was for the best. I searched a little longer, found a somewhat local company that was selling it for less and DELIVERY was guaranteed in less than a week from ordering.

I typically do not leave reviews; however, my bad experience with BBQ Guys and their unwillingness to honor a price quote I received is extremely bad business, in my opinion. I received a price quote over the holidays with an additional discount if I ordered within a short period of time. I placed the order within that time period, but after checking out the final cost that was processed did not include the additional discount nor my BBQ reward points.

After several attempts to reach customer service I receive an e-mail back with an adjusted price. Again, this adjusted price did not match the original quote. After multiple e-mails, BBQ Guys kept changing the price and saying that the adjusted price matched the original offer. This price adjustment was only manipulating the final cost rather than taking the original price of the items less the discount offered. Simple math, correct. Not by BBQ Guys method. They just keep changing the price until you finally give in and accept what they say.

My advice to any future customers, make sure you keep records of your quotes as I did. While it did not help my case, maybe this review will prevent others from having their price quotes changed or think twice before ordering.

Great shopping experience & fast shipping! Replaced an existing Green Mountain Pellet Grill with the same grill. Great product!

I would never buy from this copy, my BBQ rubber grips came off in a month. The quality of aluminum is cheap, dents easily, three of our cabinets were dented, the refrigerator had to be replaced. The blaze grill burns everything.

BBQGuys had a good selection at a good price and shipped fast. I love my new griddle.

I have been contemplating purchasing a Webber Smokey Mountain for a while and finally my old ProQ gave it up. BBQGuys had the best price and free shipping. Box came on time and no damage to anything! Have not used the smoker yet but plan to in the near future.

I have one of these bens myself and love it and I have four boys that also do a lot of barbecuing and smoking and so I wanted to share with them and give them each one for Christmas. The purchasing was simple and the service great. Received them very quickly! I would definitely recommend BBQGuys
