company was fine, the part I ordered was on back order. they notified me right away and told me when it should come in, then they notified me when it was shipped and all was well

Great Service
I don't know much about BBQ,'s but Duane and Kathleen at Capital BBQ in Ottawa were super helpful and gave me all the time I needed. They also helped me find a great alternative at a good price when the BBQ I selected wasn't going to be available in time.

Purchased, fully paid and took more than 6 weeks to get it delivered
I purchased and fully paid for the newer Weber BBQ model on in mid May. 3 weeks later without any updates, I called the customer service to change to a Napoleon similar model and they assured me that it would be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week without any updates on the tracking number, I called again numerous times to get information related to the delivery and they never sent back any updates.
Day & Ross responsible for the delivery had received my order in a warehouse near Montreal and took more than 3 weeks to deliver the package at my home. I requested to move the package in my backwards and the driver refused.
I was not satisfied with my delivery experience and would recommend to buy closer to your house where I was able to get the same product at the same price!

The company, even though I had some ups and downs with him ended up following up with me and showing me they truly care which meant a lot to me. I’ve never had that with any company to this day so I greatly appreciate it.
