Great service when I went in to by my cyprus spit. They made sure I made the right selection and they answered all of my many questions. They made buying the right choice very easy. And they had a sale on at the time which was very timely.

There was no argument about the warranty, they dealt with it straight away.

The bag the charcoal comes in could be better, there is always going to be charcoal dust but it actually leaks out of the bag.
