Everything was done in a timely manor and was very thorough. Very happy with the report and the level of communication between all the members of the team. As a first time buyer they really supported me and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Very thorough level 3 homebuyer report. Couldn't ask for more. He clearly knew his stuff. Highlighted all the flaws in the house that we hadn't spotted, including structural issues. Communication was excellent and the price was fair. The process went smoothly as everything was arranged directly with the estate agent so my involvement was minimal.
