As we were new to the area we weren’t sure who to use for our Level 3 survey. We then discovered Billy Clarke and was really glad we did. Very professional and the report helped us to enter discussions with the sellers to allow them to put some of the issues right. Well worth it !!

Great experience! James emailed me a really detailed response to all my queries, making sure to address all the concerns I had rather than just sending a quote.
Billy’s name is on the company and he’s the one who will actually be completing the survey, which says a lot.
We went for the level 3 survey and received 100+ pages of really thorough and detailed info. There was so much that he found and he included lots of additional care/maintenance tips. We had a post survey phone call, and he talked us through it with patience, honesty and in more detail.
We were really impressed with the whole process and very glad that we chose him to do our survey.

I was really pleased with the level 2 survey that I received from Billy. The report was very comprehensive and gave me peace of mind. I was particularly thankful that he spotted some cracking in the exterior walls which I hadn't previously noticed. The report went onto state that the cracks were just settlement and not subsidence which I found particuly useful as I didn't have to conduct further investigation.

From my initial enquiry for a level 3 survey, BC Surveying were efficient and booked the appointment quickly with clear updates of when it would take place and when I would receive the survey. The Survey was issued on time, it was very detailed and a comprehensive report. Billy took the time to call me after to go through the survey report in more detail.

I had 2 surveys on buildings I wanted to purchase with them. The first was a level 3 on an old building. The report was clear and detailed with photographs linking to the issues raised in the description. We also had a call with Billy who explained the sections I didn't understand. Ultimately I decided to not go through with this purchase as it required too much time and money for repairs. Thank goodness that the survey had caught these issues before I had purchased the property. The second was a level 2 on a newer build. The report was just as detailed and helpful.

They booked surveys quickly both times within the week a survey was booked. A week later I had the report. They were quick to respond to emails and I spoke to some lovely people in the office when initially looking for quotes.

Very professional and helpful service. Billy is obviously very knowledgeable and given that he is also a chartered builder, this gives added insight and expertise to our survey and feedback call we received.

We asked Mr Billy Clarke for a level 3 survey quote on Monday, he arranged the appointment within the same week! We have previously obtained over 5 quotes. This is the most quickest and the cost is below the medium one! The survey has been carried out on time. The report followed in a week, which is over a hundred pages document with all details plus photos. This is highly professional, efficient and clearly give you a whole picture about the property you plan to purchase, and items you need to deal with in the different priorities. Plus, Billy also offered most of the renovations works you may like to carry out in near future. From the first call to the after survey phone discussions you always received quick answers and email/text replies. He is knowledgeable in most of the aspects regarding the building construction, property maintenance and renovation. We very much appreciate his knowledge, punctuality, kindness, good communication and courtesy. We highly recommend his surveys. We will certainly get back to him for more renovation works soon.

I used BC Surveying for a level 3 survey on a house I'm buying. It was easy to book and the report was issued when expected.
The survey was very detailed and comprehensive, far more so that previous surveys I've had done.
The follow up call gave me very helpful insight into costs I can expect to pay for remedial works.

The surveyor produced a very detailed report, they were very thorough and professional when discussing the report with me . I shopped around prior to choosing this company and was surprised how reasonable their quote was !I also checked previous customer reviews and decided to use them to complete a level 3 survey for my new property. I would highly recommend using this company as price was cheaper than 10 other companies I looked at and service offered was beyond my expectations!!
