BC GEL LTD レビュー 

I placed an order and after 5 days I hadn’t heard anything about its status so I emailed asking if I could have an update. Marco replied with a defensive response saying my order was ‚‘well within the delivery timeframe‘ . I had merely asked for an update, i.e. had it been dispatched yet, which most companies actually provide automatically.

The order arrived and I emailed on two different BC gels emails the same day asking if I could return the product as I had purchased the wrong item. After nearly a week I had heard nothing and so I opened a PayPal dispute. The company is now telling me that they had emailed me a response the day after my return request, however, I received nothing despite having received all previous emails. I would avoid ordering from this company again, and if you do, make sure you purchase through a protected site like Paypal.

Update: Even the response below is all about being defensive rather than actually taking some accountability. I received absolutely no email on 7th October from them, despite having received all previous communications. The reason I chose the ‚Item not received‘ option through PayPal is because there wasn’t a ‚company not responding to my emails‘ option.

I ordered 2 products on 14th July and still have not had delivery I have requested an update but no response from BC gels
I have now had contact with BC gels who have sorted the problem immediately

I have used bc gels for some time now, mainly for Nailtiques, which are the only product that can help my problem nails (since cancer treatment) I wouldn’t be without it
I however had a problem with delivery but when I contacted Marco he immediately rectified it and wrote a really nice email to me.
I always feel that it’s how a problem is handled that tells you about them Problems will happen and this was sorted out promptly
I can highly recommend Bc gels and will continue to use them - 5 stars

Don’t panic if you place your order on a Sunday as I did. Great service to email back with updates ! Goods arrived Tuesday as informed, well packaged above and beyond requirements, and had a lovely free sample to test - also packed well and in original packaging. Worth the effort to try out BC Gel Ltd, you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered two items. Expected delivery 26th March, nothing has been received saying awaiting carrier to collect order. I have sent email three times to BC Gels but had no reply. Telephone number unavailable.

Have ordered a couple of ttimes from BC Gel and never been disappointed. Had to comment this time though as I ordered 8 Shellac colours and only received 7. I emiles customer service and a replacement was sent out immediately, top customer service! Thanks BC GEL and Marco!

Bought bobbi brown foundation powder from this company as was selling at a good price. It looks and feels counterfeit/fake. The powder does not come off well, and clumps in the packet when you use the sponge and/or brush. It also clumps on the face and feels really thin. The sponge also isn't of the same quality and the powder doesn't sit on the face as well as bobbi brown products usually do. The powder feels cheap and not a seamless finish as when bought from bobbi brown themselves. Will not be using again.

Order placed 10 days ago and dispatched 8 days ago, but no sign of it. No reply to email or contact form. No answer to telephone number listed for company. I paid for 48 hr tracked delivery and website confirms this is what I paid for, but no tracking number provided and no delivery. The Item is required for this weekend, but I have no way of finding out where it is.

I only recived part of my order and despite emailing them and leaving ans phone message, I have been completely ignored.

Very fast delivery. Good communication. Well packaged. Fair price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I’m buying CND shellacs from BCGels for more than a year now and I can trust the quality of the polishes. Fast delivery too!

My order arrived damaged and unable to use.
I complained to the company and I received a very rude, unprofessional response.
Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
I was told there was a hair on the bottle in the photo I took of the broken bottle, so they pointed out. What on earth has that got to do with the broken product that had just arrived, it could of been from anywhere!🙄 the product had just arrived and never used. I received 1 rude email at which point I was put off corresponding with them as they were so unprofessional in their response. Next time I'll buy from a reputable company not Bcgels!

I’ve been using this nailtiques for many years and it’s brilliant really works But i couldn’t find it anywhere and i found you BC GELS thank god so i can continue using it it’s a lot more expensive than i first bought it but it works just wish it could be a little cheaper Thankyou so much 👍
