My experience with BD Legal Services has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, patience, and dedication shown by Bénédicte truly stood out.

I saw the building with their services advertised on the banner of the building The services I thought I might need. I wasn’t expecting a lot maybe just a quick enquiry and possibly make a booking to see someone. I get to the door and the ring doorbell on the wall told me they weren’t open (without me even ringing the bell) and to leave a message so I called the number on the door to leave a message and was told they were there. I went up and met a lady who seemed quite rude and as if she couldn’t be bothered. I was only making an enquiry and looking to book an appointment to seek some legal advice but I will go elsewhere now.

Great experience, BD legal listened to my small business needs and executed smoothly, Efficiently with great customer service. 10/10 and will definitely recommend

WORST OF THE WORST!
Benedicte DOSUNMU is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
First engaged at the back-end of 2022 to help take a former tenant to the small claims court for unpaid rent. She came recommended by a friend of mine, needless to to say ill never take a recommendation from her again!
Despite taking full payment all she has done is taken a witness statement. 18 months on and nothing has been submitted to the court. I have chased her and chased her but she ignores all communications (except when her social media reputation is threatened). When she finally does communicate she insults your intelligence by pretending she has been trying to get in contact with you. ALL LIES!

I WILL NOW BE TAKING HER TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

SHE HAS COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR HER CLIENTS. SHE ALSO WANTS TO GET OTHER CLIENTS FOR PROERTY SERVICES. STAY AWAY!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Got my legal contract sorted very quickly and efficiently could not recommend them enough!

I used BD Legal services because I had been waiting for the removal of a CCJ for close to year. This was massively impacting my ability to buy a new home. Within 4 working days, BD Legal took on my case and had the CCJ removed! I can still barely believe it. They kept me updated often and did a great job holding the court to account. If you are thinking of using them, DO. They are worth every penny.

BD Legal is the best at what they do! I have recommended many other freelancers and business owners to them, as I’m always satisfied by their care and service. Looking forward to working with them again and again in the future.
