The most useless company I have ever encountered.

My mother took out a trust with Fidelis, but sadly she had equity release on the property plus a couple of other small debts.

I found a mortgage provider but Fidelis blocked this because they wouldn't allow me take out a mortgage against her house to pay off the debt, so I am now forced to sell the house.

At no point were Fidelis helpful in anyway in resolving this issue, very unprofessional company.

Professional and knowledgeable at all times. Jessica took the stress from us and kept us informed on any issues and we would definitely recommend their services. Friendly and approachable on any queries we had on a somewhat complicated estate when dealing with property problems. Thank you to all.

Zoe Phillips worked tirelessly on expediting my distribution funds. Throughout the whole process as my representative, and aware of my dire financial situation, she was both realistic with timelines and worked hard to exceed expectations.

I already have a Will and Powers of Attorneys in place with Simpler Law but I was looking into the benefits of setting up a Family Trust. Advisor Phil Daffern explained everything about the process, listened to my wishes and produced in-depth information based on my specific circumstances. I feel that Phil was very knowledgeable and I received a very personal service.

We recently had a consultant from Simplee Law named charlotte George come out to help my grandad update his will and arrange for money to be placed into a trust she was very professional and on time. The professionalism, care, and patience shown throughout the whole process were absolutely outstanding. Everything was explained clearly and in a way that made my grandad feel comfortable and reassured.
It can be a difficult subject to deal with, but the consultant made the experience straightforward and stress-free while showing genuine kindness and respect. We truly appreciated the time taken to answer all our questions and ensure everything was completed properly.

Excellent support, efficient & professional.

The advisor was very helpful. I was away on holiday when I was notified that me driving licence was due to expire. Although I was driving abroad they hadn't noticed that I only had a couple of weeks left on my license. With the advisors Sharpe eye I was able to sort it out before I returned to England. Through the whole process I didn't have to worry. Things were explained very well. And for someone who's not really computer savvy I coped pretty well. I have said that I will be recommending your company to friends and family. Thanks again for your help

Probate
Needed help to obtain the grant of probate, paid for service and was updated on a regular basis. Once the certificate arrived I was given options, with a follow up call. All the staff I spoke to were very supportive, anything they couldn't answer, they would ask advice from a colleague to ensure my question was answered. Thanks to Fidelis staff for support, I would recommend.

Fantastic company, they made getting probate so easy and stress free. They kept me up to date on everything and they were very professional.
Very happy and would 100% recommend there services

Very quick to take your money; very slow to respond to requests. A month ago I requested my Will and Trust documents, held by Fidelis, to be returned to me. I paid a "release fee" but am still waiting for the documents. This is in line with other comments on this site

Alicia who is working on my case has been exceptional I was in a bad way after my wife's demise, but Alicia was very patient and understanding and has handled the case efficiently and professionally and has constantly kept me informed re the probate period and i cant thank her enough

Mark Payne has been very informative and helpful in understanding and advising the possible solutions in our affairs in such a way that has been easy to understand, with no pressure to sign up to his proposal. Would definitely recommend Mark

Talking about "Wills" and "Power of Attorney" with your family is not easy and a bit scary for all concerned!
Not an everyday subject to discuss but necessary, so we needed someone who we could trust to help guide us through it all in a clear and simple manner. The service we received from the company was exemplary. Very professional, nothing was too much trouble and knowing we can contact them at any time about anything is why I give a 5 star review.
