SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I had the same experience. Tried to use the site out of curiosity and to try for a very short period of time.This dating platform is way expensive that I can’t afford to continue the service. I cancel my account through their customer service email. Surely I deactivated my profile. Yet they continue to take some payments through my PAYPAL account. I literally have to stop the account from continuing taking money from me. And guess what?? Got a letter from eCollect demanding me to pay a certain amount for the service which I no longer used for a long time.

Estos no sé cómo no están encerrados los miles de euros que nos han quitado es indignante lo que hacen .te tienes que dar de baja y no te dejan para cobrarte más y todo les parece poco lo que no entiendo es como siguen ahí.piden piden te amenazan. PrélÚvement frauduleux

J'ai reçu un mail de ma banque me disant qu un prélÚvement frauduleux semblait être fait sur mon compte.
D'autre part j'ai reçu un mail de be2 me disant que je devais payer sous huit jours le montant de la reconduction de mon abonnement et des frais.
Je trouve que la méthode est cavaliÚre et en huit jours il est difficile sachant que je travaille, de contacter ma banque pour savoir quelle comportement adopter et leur demander également de autoriser a nouveau le paiement internet pour ce compte.

Tout cela parce que j'ai négligé de résilier la reconduction de mon abonnement.
Il aurait suffi de m'envoyer un mail avant l'échéance pour me prévenir.
Je ne recommande donc pas du tout ce site qui agit de maniÚre impropre à une bonne relation commerciale.
C'est dommage car j'y ai quand même trouvé ce que je cherchais.

Har tråden på min telefon til dokumentation. Et par timer efter trak de knap 2400 kr. Nu har jeg spÊrret mit dankort. Nu har Be2 indvilliget i at returnere mig de 1183 kr, de uretmÊssigt har trukket fra min konto. Og stoppe mit Premium abonnement, som jeg så har betalt andre 1183 kr for at have i 1 uge. Det stppoer aldrig det her. SelvfÞlgelig skal jeg ikke betale 1183 kr for en uges abonnement. Enten er de dumme, eller så spiller de dumme eller også er de kriminelle. Hvis Be2 trÊkker penge fra jeres konto uden samtykke, så er det iflg min advokatven simpelt tyveri, der straffes ned 1,5 til 6 års fÊngsel. Rent juridisk/strafferetligt er det en skÊrpende omstÊndighed, at Be2 misbruger den tillid, kunderne har vist Be2 ved, i forbindelse med betaling, at opgive deres dankortoplysninger. Sinverguenzas, ladrones a mas no poder, te enganchan con 11,96 al mes sin que en ningun momento veas que el siguiente te cobran 39,60 sin que puedas darte de baja por lo complicado que es, ponen pegas de no hacerlo 7 dias antes, cuando te das cuenta ya no puedes cancelar, te bloquean y reclaman pago por algo que no puedes usar, MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTOS LADRONES DE GUANTE BLANCO, intentan amedrentarte con reclamar el pago por otras vias y se aprovechan de tu estado anímico.
Encima tienen la sede en Zurich, desde donde piensan como seguir robandote. ESTAFADORES!!
Edito para decir que la sede no está en Zurich, sino en Luxemburgo como ellos dicen, será para pagar menos impuestos y llenarse más los bolsillos, reitero mi comentario anterior.

Pero luego, si no estás pendiente, de avisar con UN MES DE ANTELACION, te cobran otra suscripcion, y te CLAVAN 120 eurazos. Y no hay tu tía, perdidos. Espero que la genete lea esto y no se suscriba. Yo como me cobraban a traves de paypal, he anulado los cargos automaticos en paypal, así no me trincarán más dinero. Por otra parte, pones donde vives y que quieres gente cercana, y te salen perfiles de toda España, que no hay manera de seleccionar para imitar tu zona preferida. OJO SEÑORES; NO SE SUSCRIBAN NUNCA; LES ENGAÑAN Y ROBAN

Es una auténtica estafa

Es una auténtica estafa, unos delincuentes que no dudan en cobrarte por un servicio que has dejado de usar. Probé la suscripción durante un mes y al ver que es muy mala quise darme de baja, fue completamente imposible, seguí recibiendo cargos, al no encontrar otra salida, tuve que bloquear los pagos a través de PayPal.

Un año después, siguen reclamándome el dinero, solo utilicé el servicio un mes y ahora me exigen 300 €. Además, al intentar acceder a mi perfil, está suspendido y sin opción de gestionar mi suscripción o reclamar mis derechos.

No os deis de alta: ofrecen un mes muy economico que jamás podrás cancelar y luego te persiguen cobrando cantidades desorbitadas. Una experiencia horrible y vergonzosa de principio a fin.

You can cancel the subscription yourself or contact our customer service for help— there’s a cancellation link right at the bottom of our homepage, no login needed. Once that’s done, you can delete your profile too. Profile deletion isn’t possible while a paid plan is still active.

Nothing is charged without consent, and everything is clearly shown during the payment process, including how and when the subscription renews and when to cancel it. If you ever need help, our support team is reachable via the contact form on the website.

Efter at have lavet en generel sÞgning, efter en dating side med en fornuftig rating på "bedste-dating-sider.com". Valgte jeg at lave en profil på Be2, Den påståede topscorer, og hoppe gennem de klassiske "hoops" for at få det grundlÊggende sat op, på min profil.
Heldigvis er jeg generelt skeptisk anlagt, så da jeg konstarede at selv de mest basale funktioner, eg. direkte beskeder, krÊver at man betaler et, mildest talt, latterligt dyrt abbonoment. Valgte jeg at udvide min research en smule. Godt det samme.
Jeg får en dårlig smag i munden, hver gang jeg ser en af disse sites, forsÞge at udnytte folks trang til at finde ligesindede, uden at give noget synderligt af vÊrdi tilbage. Helt Êrligt, det eneste man kan se uden abonnement, er et profilnavn fra, påståede, hits, og en slÞret linie hvor der skulle forestille at vÊre en dirkete besked. Lad sq da, i det mindste folk se om de kan etablere grundlÊgginde kontakt på sitet, fÞr I begynder at årelade dem, for grundlÊggende funktionalitet at et, formodet socialt, site.
Jeg kommer i alle tilfÊlde ikke til at betale for noget, hvor jeg ikke engang kan få en hint af kvaliteten forhånd.
Jeg vil nu få slettet min profil og hoppe over og sÞge andensteds, efter en bedre lÞsning. Eller endnu bedre, totalt boykotte disse scamsites til fordel for mere tid med familie og netvÊrk. Det bliver mere og mere tillokkende, at gå tilbage til at mÞde mennesker på den gammeldags facon, selv om det er hårdere.

Well another scam

Well another scam, i don't want to write much because it is pretty much the same thing everyone has written on here. What a shame this scam has been going on for too long and they are not bringing down Be2 website, as long as they are still operating, a lot of people will fall to the scam.

After i made payment which was already too high, my account profile went radio silence and no further engagement. I tried to reach out to their customer care, got a response and no further communication from them anymore.

I think the government has to be involved in taking down this website and a petition has to go around the world.

Very frustrating and shameful!

Sono il genero di una persona che Ú venuta mancare da alcuni mesi, oggi gli Ú stato recapitato a mezzo lettera una richiesta di pagamento di 489,20 Euro MA non ci risulta abbia MAI sottoscritto alcun contratto, pertanto NON intendiamo pagare la cifra fino a che non ci sarà inviato il contratto ufficiale da egli sottoscritto nonchÚ le sue credenziali di accesso al sito Singles50 e quant'altro, essendo noi totalmente all'oscuro della cosa. Attendo un vs gentile riscontro prima di procedere per altre vie. Gradirei un contatto telefonico dall'Italia per capire la questione e, nel caso, regolarizzare il tutto. Grazie

When you unsubscribe from newsletters or notifications, it only stops the emails — it doesn't cancel any active subscription or payment agreement. That needs to be done separately.
