Ordering was easy and delivery was 3- 5 working days it arrived in 2! The only thing is that I haven't opened it yet as builders now not in until 18th Feb to install.!! Don't want to unpack to avoid... もっず芋る

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, and delivery. Unfortunately I picked the wrong product type, and again one phone call immediately produced an e mail with the returns process. First class service.

2nd order i placed with them

2nd order i placed with them. 1st order had hassle.
Cancelled 2nd order and received re fund, wasn't next day delivery as requested and promised. To be fair they apologised and refunded immediately.
