Had some cctv add-ons in a messy network recently where i initially called for advice with Daniel, he didn’t just explained all in detail sharing his knowledge, the next time i attended site and called again, he still remembered the conversation from the previous week which gives it a more familiar touch compared to other companies where most of the times people feel like robots and can’t wait to hang up the call.. he logged in, problem spotted and solved within minutes. Knowledge and efficiency at its best! 👌

Yet again great service from Daniel re a settings issue that had me flummoxed, not made any easier due to a micro SD card being faulty straight out of the box. Many thanks for the help.

A customer rang on my Birthday, you try and have 1 day off and they just cant leave you be LOL.

Great customer service - Lamont was extremely helpful!

What an brilliant company to deal with. Had a few setup issues that I couldn't sort on my own and had to contact them directly. Dealt with Lamont who was able to sort my issues within minutes. Lamont also sorted a faulty camera which was replaced without question. As I've said brilliant company to deal with excellent servive and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Daniel from the support team went above and beyond today to resolve an issue we were having with a new PTZ camera. Could not fault the service at all and I always learn something new and useful when speaking to the team! Great work guys! Matt in sales is also a diamond!
