Original Review - " Ordered twice from this company. They use Hermes for delivery who are the absolute worst for being on time. The products themselves are in reasonable packaging, but arrive in broken, mashed up cardboard boxes. Obviously one item in my first order arrived broken, given the state of the packaging. I also paid for next day delivery which had to be signed for, but the products took over a week to arrive, and the driver left a box carrying around 200pounds worth of product at the front door, damaged, sometime after 8pm. BeamLED refused to even acknowledge the issue, let alone even suggest some compensation for the next day delivery that I had paid. A similar thing happened with the second order. Paid for next day delivery, didn't turn up. I had to call in and get their customer service to track the parcel down (again arrived in a mangled cardboard box) which then arrived the following day. I only gave them a second try because everyone has bad delivery drivers once in a while. What's the point when you have other large online stores with very trustworthy delivery..."

Ordering was easy and delivery was 3- 5 working days it arrived in 2!
The only thing is that I haven't opened it yet as builders now not in until 18th Feb to install.!! Don't want to unpack to avoid damage in storing so I hope if there is anything wrong this company don't let me down due to time lapse- never used them b4. Fingers crossed all ok!!!

Item (50w floodlight) seems to be of good quality time will tell but 5 year guarantee cant be bad also light was posted really quickly and good packaging

Excellent delivery I received it the next day...put up the light - brilliant. very happy with the purchase. I bought another one the next day for the front of the house.
Next day delivery....very good.
