Hi, thanks for the review, however I am not sure why you have rated this one star? Have you checked the tracking details emailed to you? We recieved your order on Friday, and as per our published shipping terms, we dispatched your order inside one business day which is Monday. You selected the economy shipping which is as stated, 3-5 business days, however you have left a negative review after only two business days. We are pleased to inform you that your order is at your local FedEx depot and will be with you today, which is inside 3 business days from shipping, so well inside the shipping terms.
