Beau Gems レビュー

Spencer made the whole experience very straightforward

Having a ring made through Beau Gems had been a great experience. Spencer arranged the polishing of the emerald I had and showed me a CAD design of the ring based on style I liked. The finished ring is absolutely beautiful and I am extremely happy with it!

I have been using Beau Gems for more than 20 years to replace stones in and clean my favourite ring, to purchase new pearl earrings and to re-string a necklace. I have always been more than happy with the service Spencer offers and would recommend them to anyone.

I was so happy with the service and quality of necklace/pendants that Spencer was able to get made for me. After our initial meeting Spencer was able to get exactly what I was looking for and I was impressed with the excellent product and finish. I highly recommend and will certainly be shopping with Spencer again!

My engagement ring needed resetting, my mum’s engagement ring totally redesigned and all the bands needed a good clean and polish. The whole process was really straightforward. Spencer visited me at home and really listened to what I wanted. My own bands came back like new but the best thing is my mum’s engagement ring. It’s absolutely stunning- even better than I could’ve imagined. Aside from the sheer artistry, Spencer ensured my ring size was measured precisely and priced competitively. A double whammy of excellent service and beautiful craftsmanship.

Great customer service and extremely helpful in making a bespoke item of jewellery.

Spencer was so amazing and professional.
I lost part of an earring for my pearl drop earrings and he got the part to me via my son in the city within a couple of days.

A true professional and so wonderful to deal with someone so lovely.

Great service from Spencer & Beau Gems. They have a great range and delivery was prompt and issue free.

The team at Beau Gems have always had a beautiful range of jewellery, but it is their exceptional service that sets them apart. Lovely
People, with deep expertise from Many years in the industry. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service as ever, I’ve been a shop customer for many years and now use their online shop. Fabulous customer service, superb watches and jewellery. Spencer and Michael are genuinely lovely people who have looked after me and my family for many years, highly recommend.

My husband was buying a pair of earrings for me as a Christmas present. I was very particular as to the type I wanted and Spencer was able to find them for me. We have used Beau Gems on many occasions since 2004 and found their service excellent.

We were purchasing a special gift for my son’s 21st and Spencer made the whole transaction a seamless experience. His communication was speedy and professional. I would highly recommend Beau Gems.

I recently purchased some earrings for my daughter’s graduation. They are beautiful. I received exceptional service from Spencer nothing was too much trouble. They arrived promptly via Royal Mail and inside was a very lovely personal covering letter a thoughtful touch. I will be buying again from Beau Gems in the near future.
Kind regards
Giulia

The service I got from beau gems was excellent.
Spencer sorted a valuation for my watch, for insurance.
Communication was easy and time from contacting beau gems to getting valuation back was really quick.
Thanks for your time and help.

Jon.

Spencer has gone out of his way be it for insurance valuations or as most recently advising and sourcing on a watch for my son’s 21st.
A really personal and professional service.

Purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancé. I dealt with Spencer and found every aspect of the service he provided to be top notch.
He was very knowledgable and extremely helpful in the whole buying process. There seemed to be nothing that was too big of an issue for him. Over all outstanding service and beautiful high quality product.

There isn’t a more honest and welcoming jewellery store and team in the UK.

Purchased a stunning Cartier Roadster watch for my sons 21st Birthday. The service we received from Beau Gems was excellent. The watch arrived with a beautiful letter from Spencer, which made the gift even more special. The watch itself is exquisite and I know that my son will cherish it forever. Absolutely outstanding, Thank you so much!

Thank you to Spencer for the outstanding service, from the initial enquiry to purchasing the watch. The process was very quick and smooth, not to mention, the watch is absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend using Beau Gems to anyone.

Just bought my third watch from Spencer and really appreciate the fact it takes all the stress out of buying a watch. Very trustworthy, honest and it’s a pleasure to deal with him.
