Beau Gems レビュー

Beau Gems provide an exceptional purchase experience. They make you feel like a valued customer and communication is excellent and timely. My Rolex was delivered very quickly and expertly packaged and is exactly as described. I would highly recommend this company. A complete contrast to my experience in a Rolex authorised dealer which left me hating the brand for a while.

Excellent service from Beaugems - would highly recommend!

Very helpful, nice people to purchase lovely Gems from!

My experience was exemplary. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you Spencer for all your help in sourcing a special present.

I bought a Rolex GMT 2 from Beau Gems. It is a full set and in lovely condition. Spencer was very helpful with all my enquiries prior to and during the purchase. I would definitely recommend Beau Gems for the quality of goods and service.

Buying my watch from Beau Gems was a great buying experience. I had seen the watch on their website, and it was exactly as described and shown when I saw it in person. The watch was in incredible condition, and great value! Mike and Spencer were so helpful and genuine, never pushy and always willing to help. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic service from Spencer. Thanks for a pleasant transaction. Great company to deal with. :)

Amazing service. I highly recommend taking the time to pay a visit.

I sent my Cartier watch for a valuation/sale and Spencer came back to me the day he received it. I was very happy with the price and received payment that day. Very professional & courteous. Would definitely do business with him again.

I had been searching for a 2004 Rolex Submariner 16610LN for a long time. The year is very memorable to me and I wanted to commemorate it.
Having spied the watch in the window of Beau Gems I ventured in to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff whom could not have been more considerate. They showed me the watch, we talked, they helped with my many questions, gave me honest answers and the purchase was made.
The wristband needed adjustment and this was done for me the next day with no fuss. All aspects pf the purchase and after care have been first rate.
I am now the proud owner of a fabulous watch, with huge sentimental value and sold to me by the nicest, most knowledgeable and helpful people at Beau Gems. Thanks you very much indeed

Excellent service. I would definitely recommend Beau Gems. I wanted a particular watch which I received the next day as soon as I ordered it.

Beau Gems lives up to its name, it really is a gem, been shopping with them for what must be over 20 years now! always great to deal with Mike and Spencer and have always been well looked after!

Amazing experience from start to finish.
Flawless service and super nice people. Very helpful!
Can absolutely recommend Beau gems! *****

Spencer at Beau Gems was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient in waiting for me to arrive (a little later than he might have liked but he didn't complain), courteous at all times and in no way pushy in trying to close the deal.

The stunning JLC watch I purchased from him was very competitively priced and in as new condition so I was extremely happy with the deal

I would recommend Spencer and Beau Gems without reservation!

I had a great experience at Beau Gems. When I walked in off the street to look at the watch I purchased they couldn’t do enough for me. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I’ll be sure to swing buy to check out their wife and interesting range of vintage watches as often as possible. 5 stars for sure!

I recently made a purchase at Beau Gems and the service I received was exemplary.

Spencer Miserotti and his colleague serving me gave me valuable guidance and advice on my purchase. The service was smooth and efficient and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service, and price. Very helpful, would definitely recommend.

Great service & customer care and I'm very happy to recommend Beau Gems.

Tucked away in Leadenhall Market, it's well worth making the effort to find them as they have a good range of quality pre-owned watches and other accesories.

100% satisfaction today, thank you.

Delighted to have purchased my first luxury watch from such a reputable and well run family establishment. The service here hands down beats anywhere else I encountered - it was really over and beyond.
