Even though we are already married, I was quite anxious about this journey. I basically wanted to upgrade my ring to a bigger and more stylish one. After getting in touch with various places, including some well-known chains, I was starting to lose hope of finding the right jeweler. The huge price discrepancies between stores only confused me more. I eventually found Primo Diamond with the help of AI, and after reading their reviews on Google and Trustpilot, I decided to give them a chance. Francesco was absolutely brilliant and professional in explaining the entire process, the specs of lab-grown diamonds, and everything else. He patiently answered all the questions I had, too. I am really happy with my choice and the wonderful experience he provided. Highly recommended!!

I shared some images of the engagement rings I had saved on my phone. He was able to find a design which nearly matched one of the images. We went through sizes discussed the choice of stone/diamonds that would look great on the ring.
