Beau Gems レビュー

Have used them 3 times so far for varying birthdays and the service has always been excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous and best of all they remember their returning clients. Were all shops the same.

Outsatanding service when I bought a watch for my wife. I am also in retail and they were superb. Could not be more happy as now my wife is very happy as they sourced an item that is quite rare in a very short space of time. Payment was easy and delivery took no time at all. Quality service will allways bring you back.

Have only had very good experiences and help from the team.
When Watches of Switzerland decided they wanted circa £180 to replace my watch battery, Beau Gems wanted about £50.

The service provided by this professional team is exceptional.
Welcoming and helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Quality gems and craftsmanship and an ability to source that "special" item or timepiece.
Very well worth a visit and no sales pressure.
Just good honest advice.
They retain a loyal clientele which speaks for itself.

This Family run business made every communication with them a pleasure, product knowledge was incredible!

I have bought watches, and an engagement ring and recommended my colleagues and pals, all have had great experiences, these guys are trustworthy, honest and cant be more helpful.

I bought a high value item of jewellery from Beau Gems and found them to be an excellent company to buy from. Very highly recommended.

Truly bespoke service. In a modern world of chain stores, it's gratifying to know places like Beau Gems still thrive. My first port of call when looking for something special.

I purchased a Rolex Date just from Beau Gems and Spencer could not of been more helpful. He had great product knowledge and i needed a couple of links taken out of the bracelet which he did on the spot.

I would not hesitate to purchase from Beau Gems again.

I bought a Cartier Ballon Bleu from this company at the start of the year. Everyone was very helpful and I couldn't find fault! Great Company & will be returning.

I've used Beau Gems a number of times and am always impressed with the personal service and help I receive.

A first class family run jewellers in the heart of the City, Beau Gems offer a personal, professional service every time. Nothing is too much trouble, Spencer and Mike will go out of their way to ensure you leave a satisfied customer.
Cannot recommend enough.

Hi, I bought a Rolex GMT master 2 from these guys and they have been nothing but helpful. Every time i need to adjust the step they are more than happy to do it.
They even sorted the interest free credit for a slightly longer period than on offer.
Would recommend them to all

I bought a Cartier from Beau Gems. They are a long-established family firm and Spencer and his Dad Mike couldn't have been better from initial discussion to purchase.

Easy to deal with, transparent, really friendly and knowledgeable. Mitchell is particularly good on Haute Horlogie.

Don't normally write on these type of things but felt I should on this occasion. I have now made four significant (well to me anyway!) purchases from this family run business and would not consider going anywhere else. They really do look after you and do what they can to settle upon a price which you are happy with. I have recommended Beau Gems to three work colleagues and they both agree with the above entirely.

The quality of the jewellery is just excellent and the staff are incredibly knowlegeable. It is a pleasure to shop here and I wish I could do so more often!

The quality and service at Beau Gems is first rate. I am often asked where I buy my jewellery and have no hesitation recommending Mike and Spencer at Beau Gems.
