Beaulieu Estates handled our recent house sale, and they could not have been more professional, hard working, and personable.

Frankly, if all estate agents followed their lead, the whole industry would have a dramatic uptick in its reputation!

Our sale was incredibly challenging with months of delays due to the lower chain, and Beaulieu Estates went over and above to try and resolve issues and ensure that we were kept well informed of developments. It felt like they were the only proactive agents involved in the chain.

We honestly believe that if it wasn't for their proactivity and dilligence that the whole chain would have collapsed and we are incredibly thankful for all their hard work, and that we chose them in the first place.

Both Connor and Chandler did a brilliant job throughout the transaction, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

We wouldn't consider using any other agents.

We are buying our house through them and couldn’t recommend them enough, especially our agent Rico who has made our process very smooth and kept us updated at every stage.

We have recently purchased a house through Beaulieu Estates and had a great experience from start to finish.
Chandler and Charlotte where patient enough to explain the entire process to non native English speaker, which facilitate a lot for us to gain confidence in moving forward with the transaction.

Very quick to find a tenant but don’t carry out checks well or inform you on all the new tenants details.
Found them inept when managing property, requested them several times to repair things in the property but was never carried out.

The reply from beaulieu estates is somewhat defensive. The fact is they did fully manage the property and out tenants were also unhappy with their service. But they seemed to have omitted this fact. We then self managed.

To our knowledge none of our tenants were unhappy with us after we took over the management so can not see what you are basing this on.

We did not receive all details on the last tenant had we know the tenant was self employed we wound not have agreed to this tenant letting, especially during covid.

What a shame you do not take the comments on board but feel the need to attack with incorrect information.

I too have proof you in fact did manage the property. Unbelievable that you feel the need to lie. Shame on you

We have purchased our property through Beaulieu Estates and I have to say they were a breath of fresh air. Brilliant service and fantastic communication.

We recently bought a house using Beaulieu Estates & we are so pleased with the service we received from start to finish, especially from Chandler & Keelie.

Nothing was ever too much trouble & we was always kept in the loop with the process of purchasing our property. Chandler and his team were efficient, professional & trustworthy. If we ever had any questions, there was never a delay & we always got a quick response. We highly recommended Beaulieu Estates to anybody who is looking to buy or sell.

Manipulative, uneducated,ill-informed piece if works, whom alianed both buyer and seller. Left abusive messages on our phone, manipulated the process, left our home open, lights on, amarm off after viewing, try to enter the property without permission and finally borched the deal. This agency is disgusting. If there is anything good comes out of this crisis then you and the likes of you will go disapear.

Keelie and Charlotte have continuously been helpful with the renting of our property. They are very good at communicating and I feel our property is in safe hands! I would definitely reccomend them.
