It was brilliant to deal with an estate agent who really cares and is so proactive like Julie Barker was with us.

I've needed to downsize for a while, but put it off. Came across Swithenbank and my worries and anxiety were totally dissolved- Tony and James just made the whole experience painless and easy. When they offer to help "just ring if you need anything Clare" they really mean it! (I'd runout of boxes and yet both Tony and James came round with them. The whole moving process, from old to new house, all took place within 5 weeks! Just wonderful and a fantastic team, going above and beyond what I've ever experienced in Estate Agents.

Highly recommended. This estate agent believes in a very personal approach throughout the whole process, in our case selling our property. Unlike many other estate agents where a team is involved one person took complete responsibility for every aspect of the sale. Tony was supportive, encouraging , kind and helpful throughout from putting our house on the market through to handing over the keys.He also guided us with our purchase of a property and ensured that the communication between the three parts of the chain was coordinated.Nothing was too much trouble and we can’t thank him enough for all his hard work, expertise and dedication.

Superb service from start to finish. Communication was spot on which I’d found to be an issue with other agents in the past. Couldn’t fault the attention to detail of Swithenbank and Tony in particular as my agent went above and beyond to keep me up to date with all events. You'd be foolish if you didnt use this company!
From start to finish (8 months to be exact) James Swithenbank supported me with my buyers, my solicitors, my onward chain and my mental health 😅
They went above and beyond for what was a very stressful journey for me. They kept my buyers onside, when my buyers had to wait in rented while I found somewhere.
I was always in the loop with solicitors, onward house possibilities and they were calm and caring and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Swithenbank Estate Agents, you wont regret you did. 10/10 🤩🤩

It's a 10 from me! Julie could not have been more helpful particularly liaising with solicitors and our buyer. We were always kept in the loop from start to finish. Trust is very important when dealing with house sales and I feel we've developed that with Julie and colleagues at Swinthenbanks.
