I ordered online. Good website and process. I ordered for sth yarra fitment then needed to change last minute to mornington as i was stuck due to lockdown. Rang bookings office who very helpful and arrange fitment and dispatch to tyres mornington instead. Mannington called me straight away to confirm booking. Great service. Couldn't be happier.

The staff at the store were great, but the systems was rubbish. We booked and paid online for the Tyers and wheel alignment, but when we arrived at the store a few days later for our scheduled appointment time, the staff told us we didn't have a booking and that it wasn't in the system, pain! So after working it out with the helpful crew on the ground we got booked in, but they informed us that they didn't actually have a wheel alignment hoist at the shop so they would they couldn't do that part of the job...IT crowd please get your stuff together before offering a service that doesn't exist at store....

Easy site, very easy to use and quick . Best price too

Too my car in on a Saturday to get 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment and I got the car back over an hour later and the wheel alignment was worse than when I too it in. I called back and gave the opportunity to let them correct it and said I would bring it back for him to fix it. The person who did the job said he couldn't do it on the same day and I told him I'm working during the week and couldn't bring it in. I arranged for someone else to take it in Monday morning providing it could be done at 8.00am which the guy agreed to. On Monday the car is delivered to the store and they say they can't do it until 9.00am which is too late for the person dropping it off for me. So after stuffing the wheel alignment they stuff me around when I give them the opportunity to remedy it. They did not care about everyone's time they have wasted in this process. Conveniently the person who booked it in for 8.00am Monday isn't in all week. This place is a complete waste of time and Money.

Beaurepairs website is great. I was able to select my car (using rego), select a store, see tyres available in that store, see the price, book a day & time, and pay online. The whole process was easy, especially for introverts, and those that don’t like the hassle of going through a person to get a quote. The staff at Wagga were great and worked quickly. Highly recommend the Wagga store, and the Beaurepairs website.

Booked and paid online 2 days prior. About 2 hours before scheduled appointment we were advised they didn't have tyres in stock. Needed tyres that day so we went elswhere. Requested a refund of the $465 paid nearly 3 weeks later we still haven't received the money back. Have called repeatedly to be told that they have processed the refund yet no money has come through to my account. I process refunds for online bookings where I work and it only takes a couple of days for the funds to arrive in customer accounts. Feel like I'm going to have to keep chasing it or go to fair trading. Very poor customer experience.

Great easy system to use, only issue is it brings up the incorrect booking time once you’ve gone though and confirmed your booking. Minor glitch

Jonathan's Customer Service at Beaurepaires Gordon was exceptional. He was very professional and had great communication skills. The team that replaced my tyres were very careful to not scratch the rims. A huge thank you for taking the extra time and care to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I'll be back!

Made an online booking at Monash branch for 12:45 which was confirmed by Email. Arrived and was told that they don't do online bookings, don't have any contact number for me to call to resolve a refund. Attitude was dismissive and uninterested.

Ordered 2 $90 tyres and got a bill for $272
Tyres where $90 but loaded me up with extras I did not grant. What is wrong with your store in Burnie Tasmania you bunch of crooks. I have called everyday for 5 days waiting for a manager to call me back but the coward hides behind his workers.

Fantastic service! Michael was very friendly and helpful. Fitting the tyres and a premium wheel balance took around an hour and a half. Very happy customer.

Very nice team, professional and very helpful

I am disappointed by the quality of the customer service provided by the this tyre shop. First of all I never received a confirmation phone call after doing an online booking, and secondly upon collecting my car I was handed a piece of paper and said all done. No explanation or any information about if I was able to come back in a few weeks and get the tyres check making sure everything is good, zero information about anything. I spent $800 getting new tyres fitted I would of thought a bit more customer care would of taken place. I will be going back to Bob Jane Tmart for all my future tyre purchases as they provided me with much more information regarding a check up at certain times after the service and help the last time I purchased new tyres. After saying all that i need to say and admit the tyre service and wheel alignment are good, so the quality of who ever did the job is good at what they do.
