I had several facial treatments at Beautology with Charlotte through my time. My skin appearance has improved it feels hydrated and radiant. Charlotte is very professional, warm and welcoming and work to a high standard. Her personality makes the appointment enjoyable and relaxing. Will be seeing her again soon.

Everyone is fantastic at Beautology and I would recommend this company to anyone! Ewelina did my treatments and is amazing with the treatments she provided, I was very happy with the results. I even got a head massage and therapy session whilst enjoying the treatment Ewelina carefully put together to treat the skin pigmentation on my face. Thank-you!

I had facial treatments done in Beautology with Georgia. She was aware that I have very sensitive skin and initially I was very worried on how these treatments would work, but Georgia had reassured me and explained everything to me in a professional manner. She is very kind and pleasant. For every treatment that I have been with her, I have felt relaxed and have enjoyed the treatment and looking forward to more sessions with her.

I'm currently having a three course facial treatment with Charlotte. She's been very informative about each treatment and has made me feel really relaxed and at ease. I'm very happy with the results I'm seeing so far, and my skin is feeling so smooth and hydrated. Thank you so much Beautology!

i’m having a course of laser hair removal done and am seeing great results! all the staff are so friendly and jelena is so lovely, always explaining aftercare and checking in on me during the treatment.

Nothing but great feedback to give; everyone I have had treatments with so far have been great, they are able to keep me at ease and talk me through what’s going on.
Today was the first MyTime session (reduce) with Kitty and was a great experience, she was able to talk me through what was happening and how to get the best results from my treatment. Excited to see what’s to come.

Ewalina is very helpful and is always concerned that I should feel comfortable and relaxed.

I had my first treatment at Beautology with Paulina who was just lovely. She explained everything she was doing and is excellent at what she does. I am very happy with the ‘My Time’ treatment I had and my skin felt so soft and clean afterwards. I will definitely return to have more treatments with Paulina. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very quick to take money off you for non existent treatments.
Extremely disappointed with this salon. Had one consultation for a treatment. Woman was very friendly; if a bit hyper and crazy. The 20 plus minutes she was yapping she could have carried out the procedure; reiterating it only takes 5 minutes, however she couldn't fit me in, neither at the time or to prebook at a later date.
Had a second appointment booked in two days later at 10.40. Got a phone call at 10 o'clock on the day before the appointment, saying the appointment couldn't go ahead because the woman I was booked in with wasn't trained to carry out that particular procedure (would have nice to have been told at the time and the receptionist to book the right beautician who is trained for the right procedure). I was already on my way in to the salon when I got the call so decided to go in anyway to try and rearrange. I was told that I need to have another consultation for this latest appointment even tho it was due to go ahead anyway, but now it needed me to come in (again) for a consultation, even tho I'd had a consultation two days previously where the beautician had discussed one procedure then the second one when I brought it up. I ask you: who in their right mind would visit the a salon in 3 attempts to get a procedure done before the procedure is carried out. I explained to the receptionist I'd got a call at 10 saying my appointment couldn't go ahead. No apology was given whatsoever! I asked for my deposit back as to go back for another consultation would mean 3 visits to the salon with no results of a wanted procedure going ahead.
Utterly shocking the incompetence of staff along with the rudeness and disregard of customers; not to mention the lack of apologies for their blunders. Overall staff wasted my time, and their time, and I still didn't get what I was requesting. Such a shame as looking to potentially spend a lot of money and recommend to a couple of family members but will go elsewhere where I am welcomed and can guarantee the work I wish to be carried out will actually take place without three unnecessary visits.

Always love coming to Beautology especially for MYTIME treatments with Georgia. She is always very professional and I consider her to be one of my good friends now. I am 70 in August and thanks to Georgia I receive plenty of compliments about my skin and not looking my age. Thank you beautology always excellent treatment

Ghazala is so professional and experienced in her field of work. I have had two treatments and on both occasions been very pleased with the results. Ghazala takes the time to explain the procedure and what results you can achieve with a future plan.

Beware! Avoid!!! I have lost £300. Cancellation policy is unclear and is not pointed out at time. After you have had the expert ‘sales’ talk you will be conned into a course of treatment which requires a hefty 50% deposit. This is non refundable after 14 days but you are not told! The website leads you to believe you can cancel with at least 48 hours of an appointment- this is not the case. I had a personal issue which meant I could not continue with my booked treatments. Apparently I cancelled less than 24 hours (!) outside of my window (which I was not told about) and now I am fighting to get my £300 back!!!!!! Avoid this salon AT ALL COSTS.

Love coming into see kitty she's always so professional and tells me what is happening and the benefits. She is so friendly and chatty just feel like I'm chatting to a friend. I would definitely recommend!!
