I bought it for my husband who sleeps covered only with a sheet and wakes up sweating in the middle of the night & I am freezing all the time. My husband no longer wakes up to a wet bed and can finally cover himself with the top bedspread. For me.......OH MY GOSH IT IS LIKE SLEEPING ON HEATED CLOUD!!! The heated sheets hover over you, like a cloud, it is amazing and my little dogs love it. The system is the best investment we ever made! Loved the Devil commercial, US Customer Service is fantastic, extended warranty is nice, and you will not regret getting this system if you sweat and your spouse is always freezing.

Had an issue connecting to the Bedjet. Sent an email and they responded way sooner than I expected. With every following email, they continued to be prompt and the matter was resolved that same day. Very impressed!

I purchased a Bedjet for myself almost 2 years ago and it is still going strong. (They offer warranty also). Customer support has been great when my cloud sheet was damaged. They sent a full replacement. I bought my fiance one and he loves it as well. I refuse to sleep without one now. Excellent work these people are doing. It is 100% worth the money

I had an issue with my BedJet needing to be reset every few days. So I contacted them for warranty support and Tim was very helpful and got a new BedJet sent to me super fast.

First of all, I am very happy with my bedjet system. So much so that I purchased a second set of units for my extra bedroom. Not only do I enjoy the Bedjet system itself, but I cannot give enough credit to the Bedjet customer service representatives. I have had a couple of minor replacement needs with one system (c-clamp cracked and needed replacement), and all it took was a short message to Bedjet and my needs were met to my complete satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the products and service provided by this company and I would not hesitate to purchase additional units from them in the future.

Bedjet’s customer service is second to none! I lost my Bedjet when my home flooded in 2022 and unfortunately didn’t think about taking advantage of the 2-year warranty until my window passed. They were very understanding and offered me a discount on a new or refurb unit, which I jumped on. Then, lo and behold, my home flooded again just one month later. I was so embarrassed to have to contact them again so soon afterwards, but they replaced my unit without any questions. They have been so great to deal with and with no judgment.

If I could rate BedJet’s customer service even higher, I would give them a 100! From the moment that I had an issue, it was quickly addressed, and a resolution was found. I cannot say enough about Jack and his professionalism. Even if I do not keep the product, I will still highly recommend this company based on their customer service and knowledge of their product. I have received nothing but positive interaction since the beginning of my order thank you so very much! I wish more companies could be like BedJet.

Great product and people to work with! We have two and have bought 4 as Christmas gifts this year! Will be a life long customer!!

I bought the bedjet for my husband last year for Christmas (2023). It was a learning curve to figure out the best settings for him but over the last year he has come to love it and uses it every night! He gets insanely hot at night and this has helped to keep his temperature down. Some perks I've noticed that I wasn't expecting are that he doesn't toss around as much and he snores less. I think because he is more comfortable and at a more reasonable temperature it allows him to sleep more peacefully and less restlessly. I'm not sure why the snoring has decreased but I'll take it.

I also really appreciate the company as a whole and how quickly they respond if you ever need to reach out to them. They are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and this product.

I love my Bedjet - if the temperature of my room is super variable at night, this helps keep me a constant temperature and thus keeps me from waking up in the middle of the night, which really helps my insomnia.

Not only that, but they are a great, honest company. I recently ordered a 2nd Bedjet for when i visit my parents, but i also ordered an extra Cloud Sheet. I realized I already had a spare, and when I emailed them they agreed to refund just that part of the order and still let the rest of the order through with their Black Friday discount. I really trust them now, and I really love their product. Would give 6 stars if i could

Sorry but it's a scam. Only lies, about NASA and doctors. The reviews here. No one is buying it except me.
I really gave it a try. But the body regulates itself. And because you put a lower temperature. If you're getting sick. The body protects itself by warming up or cooling down. If you use this product it makes you sick. You didn't recommend any temperature. I searched for it. I believed 22°c, I set it. And I was shivering all night. After 2 months testing. I got around 29°c. But the body gets cold or warm. It's a variation between minimum 29 - 31. At 31 I start sweat.You didn't show how much power it uses. Really between 250 - 350 watts. 8 hours per night. 55 kilowatts per month extra. It's really ridiculous. I want my money back. I tested it for you. You knew it. So if you don't accept my return. Bedjets are great! first my brother bought one and loved it, so I did. We bought one for my parents (in 90's) and they love it too! This is esp amazing for people who "like to be cozy" because of blood thinners etc. We broke a remote, and they're sending a replacement, for free, same day. Way to go Bedjet!

Bedjet has an amazing product line up! I highly recommend their Bedjet 3 Dual Zone product if you want an absolute luxury sleep experience. Beyond their well made products, their customer service is absolutely elite. I received my bedjet product, but I did not unbox and use it for several months due to some work being done at my place. When I opened the boxes, I realized that I had not received their "cloud sheet" that comes with the product that I ordered. I sent the company an email about it. They personally contacted me the very next day. They explained to me that their records showed that the cloud sheet had been shipped with my order, but offered to replace it anyway, since I had not received it. Pleaae understand that the cloud sheet retails for about $150 - and I contacted them nearly a year after my purchase... and they took care of me immediately, no questions asked.

My experience with Bedjet was not just one of my best experiences with a company, it is one of my favorite experiences with a company.

These guys are an A+, CLASS ACT company! This is the way to take care of customers! I somehow lost my remote and they immediately took care of me. There responses were faster than I could type the question to them! I'm just so dang impressed!! And that isn't saying anything about the product yet. WHAT a great product too! Not too cold, just right. WOW, does it ever make for a great nights sleep. And the power layer frame is SO awesome. I set up my whole room to be a great personal entertainment room with all the bells and whistles and it centers around my bed with the Bedjet system and the power layer. No where else in the house that's more comfortable than MY BED! Thanks Bedjet!!!

I own 2 Bedjets and I absolutely love them. I am a postmenopausal woman and was struggling to get through night sweats and general insomnia. When I did a search online, I discovered Bedjet and I wish I'd found them sooner. It is the most divine sleep I've had in years. No more waking up covered in sweat, easy to control settings, very low noise and extremely soft and comfortable sheets. Also warm and cozy in the winter months - Highly recommend !!!

We absolutely can't say enough about this company, their products and the level of service they provide. We've had our bedjets for a little over a year and have really come to rely on them for an amazing nights sleep. If you're even casually thinking about this, it's not a small investment, but the return in the sleep you'll gain is worth so much more. Treat yourself and get this!!
