This is a God send for anyone suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, cold room, cold feet, hot feet. This was a game changer for me. I will not live without this product! This is the best purchase I’ve ever made for comfort. It keeps you cool and if you’re cold it will keep you warm. Seriously, you need a Bedjet! The company is excellent and great to work with. I don’t give reviews unless I really like something. It was love at first night! See what I did there? Buy it!

Incredible customer service and the company stands by its products. They go above and beyond to answer questions, help troubleshoot, and send replacement parts free of cost if needed.

This changed our lives. My chocolate lab and I, that is. We are finally able to sleep through the night and I have recommended this product to so many people. Worth every penny. Unfortunately I do not have the sheet - but it works lovely without it too! Also, customer service is very attentive and quick to respond. All around positive review.

I bought a BedJet just before Christmas 2023. It’s great. I love it. I got a new mattress and I did not have enough plastic links. They sent me the plastic links for free and fast. Their world class customer service is always stellar. Highly recommended.

Best customer support EVER!! My BedJet kept shutting off and giving me an error code on my remote. I contacted them and, after verifying that there was not a blockage anywhere, they sent me a NEW unit. No questions asked. And this was after almost two years of CONSTANT use. I LOVE my BedJet!!

Wow -- I had a problem with my Bedjet (kept getting an error message), so I contacted the company. I didn't realize at the time that I had purchased the unit almost 2 years ago. But, that did not hinder them immediately sending me a new unit under their 2 year warranty. Honestly, I couldn't believe how easy they made it. In this day and age, you rarely see this kind of customer service! I am a very happy customer!

We purchased the Power Layer as it allows us to keep our existing bedframe and it's WONDERFUL!! Customer service and communication are exceptional. Delivery time was very fast. The unit was easy to set up (with 2 men due to the weight), easy setup for power and controls and absolutely "whisper quiet". We LOVE it! This small business is getting it right!

My wife and I have individual Bedjets - in all seasons she likes to be warm while I prefer cool. Our Bedjet’s have provided each of us personal comfort for over a year now. I prefer not to sleep without it.

We just got out 2nd BedJet and love it! We hope to turn family and friends into BedJet lovers too! My husband was having issues with sleeping. My son had one and he tried it and really liked it so we got him one for his birthday. It has really helped his sleep! Can’t wait to use it during the summer to make sleeping comfortable duration Nh hot weather! Thank you BedJet! Would you consider making portable models for travel?

Our entire experience with Bedjet has been great. From the quick delivery to the ease of putting it under our bed and turning it on with the cloud sheet. We bought 2 so my husband and I could have our individual temperatures all night long. I had my doubts at first. Prior I had night sweats, would toss off the blankets and then be freezing. With Bedjet having the air circulating my body is a dream. In the winter time, I preheat the bed by turning on the bedjet with the remote before getting into bed. It's so amazing! You can set the amount of time you want to have the airflow. The dual sheet surprisingly keeps the different air temps separate. I can't speak highly enough about BedJet. I'd like to have them at hotels because I miss having it when traveling.

BedJet is Life Changing!

I think this may be the best invention ever! As the name suggests, it is a fan that blows air into the bed, and I love it. Gets me to bed earlier and makes me feel so snug. I love the warmth and the gentle white noise. And it’s so much safer than the alternative of sleeping on the electromagnetic field from an electric blanket. Like the control, timer, everything. Very easy to set up and use. Wish I’d discovered it years ago. So far, all good.

I have had my BedJet since around April or May 2023. I can’t remember. I am an extremely hot sleeper. I don’t sweat. I just get hot internally so when I kept getting ads for this product, after year, so I decided to get it. I had heard great things. I wish I had checked this website first. Someone else mentioned it is basically just a fan that blows under the sheets and that is exactly what it is. It matches the temperature in the room and won’t get any colder. I’m in Texas, and the whole summer was miserable. I would not have slept at all if it wasn’t for the BedJet however, it is extremely frustrating to use. and, the one I have now is a replacement, because the first one wasn’t cooling at all after a while. It seemed like it wasn’t working as well. So I contacted support which was easy to access so I don’t know why people are reviewing customer service badly. I had a great experience. But they were a little annoying because they kept telling me things I already knew and stated in the email and kept telling me it’s not gonna get colder than the room and all this stuff. Misleading ad advertising.
if I use their attachment to make it taller than my bed, it moves around a lot even though I have it as the instructions show to have it. Wedged between my mattress and sturdy in the clip with the hose unclogged. The hose seems like it will extend, but it just bounces back so you cannot extend it. And when I have it resting at foot level on top of my bed, if I even slightly move the blanket or sheets, and it covers it, then you don’t feel the fan blowing at all. At one point I even tried it under, my sheets instead to see how that would work but it’s just does not work well and if you have it really high, it’s basically just a fan like I stated not cold air and then it’s just loud and blows too hard to be comfortable. Like I said, I wouldn’t sleep without it but it’s really not that great and it’s very expensive for what it does.

I suffer from temperature regulation due to M.E and this thing has been a god send! I sleep comfortably and without waking up in a pile of sweat now!

I had one issue, after 6 months there was a thermal tracking error, Bedjet were very quick to reply and help me fix it. In the end, they ended up shipping a brand new one out for free and I do not have to waste time, energy and money in returning the old one, which for someone that is mostly bed bound.. It has been super helpful.

My little brother has another version, by another company, controlled by fluid in a mattress topper which cost him about £2k plus monthly costs for the refills, this is a fraction of the cost and does the same job 👌

I suffer from hot feet. (Don’t ask me why, I have no idea). I was continually throwing off my duvet, freezing, putting back on etc. Thus I always had disturbed sleep. The Bedjet seemed a cheap and simpler option to other systems. I bought one and it worked!! After moving it around to get the best placement, I have it on a low (and very quiet) fan level just enough to keep my feet cool. My sleep quality has improved immeasurably. I also want to say the customer service was outstanding. I wanted to return the optional sheet as I didn’t need it. There was no quibble and the refund came through in a matter of days. Thoroughly recommend.

Unbelievable that they're getting away with it.

Bedjet is very expensive unit and noisy. It’s cheap quality for it’s price! My bedjet vibrated (=made annoying noise). Also the cloud sheet is heavy and does’t dry fast.

4.5/5 customer support, little slow but very friendly. I got 100% refund after 10 days sending it! I loved to give a change to bedjet, but it wasn’t made to me.
