The damned thing works and it's worth every penny
I ordered the Bedjet in desperation to solve my wife's endless broken sweat-sodden nights of attempted sleep. My experience has been 100% positive. The unit arrived in ten days, there were no extra costs over the price I paid. A minor misunderstanding about sheet sizes in the UK was dealt with quickly and helpfully. The setup was straight forward. The best bit is that the unit does exactly what it says on the tin. Since the first night we got it up and running the sweats have simply disappeared and my wife is at last getting some proper sleep. The simple fact is, the damned thing works and it's worth every penny.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with BedJet. I recently had some issues with my BedJet V3 After having it for around a month, and I reached out to the Support for assistance. I must say, their response and service were nothing short of outstanding.
I've read some negative reviews here and, honestly, I find it difficult to relate. Perhaps it's a matter of difference in warranty and consumer rights between regions, but my experience was entirely positive.
Most importantly, I want to highlight the fantastic nights of sleep I've been enjoying thanks to the BedJet + CloudSheet - The product quality is unparalleled and it has truly elevated my sleep comfort.

False advertisement
False advertisement! The advertisement 'try us risk free' and 'return costs covered' makes you think you'll be able to get a full refund. This is not true! They have a hefty shipping price on the product, which they do not tell you that they DO NOT REFUND. This is false advertisement and I will report this through my credit card and have the company block transactions to this company.

Long time user, repeat customer
This is our 3rd Bedjet we’ve purchase over the years. All still work great and are game changers for a cool or warm nights sleep. The Bedjet 3 is slightly more compact, definitely quieter and smarter than the previous versions. Some nagging things prevent my 5-star rating.
First, this is a product that’s designed to improve sleep. The base model doesn’t even come with a remote so now we’re doing the opposite of creating a restful environment by making users open their cell phones, go to the app and make adjustments. This might be cool, but it is extremely counterintuitive for a restful nights sleep, and there’s more than enough science to back that up. And $40 extra for a remote? Come on.
Second, while the remotes keep improving with each version in function and features, they’re still lacking a tactile interface. Again, it’s a product designed to promote sleep. There are still no differences in the rocker buttons for fan speed, time, and temperature, and same goes for the push buttons for off, cool, turbo, and heat. Put some dots on it like braille, change the shape of the buttons between functions, emboss or raise buttons, anything so it’s a no-brainer to turn the fan up/down or the unit on/off in the middle of the night. I’ve got to sit up and put on my glasses to figure out which buttons do what when I’m disoriented at 3am. Yup, now I’m awake.
Next, LIGHTS!!! There’s a setting to turn on/off a nightlight on the underbed unit. Cool if you’re afraid of the dark. I’m not, so I turn it off. There’s still a significant light on all night under the bed. It’s not nearly as bright, but v2 at least would shut the light off on its own after a few seconds - just long enough to let you know the unit responded if you have the beeps turned off. And more lights - the remote senses touch or movement and lights up like a cell phone when you grab it. That’s not horrible if you want that, but you cannot turn down the brightness and it’s really bright! We keep our room seriously dark for good reason. This thing’s like a stalking butler. “Hello, how May I help you?” Get out! I’d like to do it myself.
Last, marketing. I figure it never hurts to ask, so as a multiple repeat customer I asked if there was any sort of discount. Nope. That’s ok. Holy hell, after the purchase were hit with promo this, add this, act now, limited time offer, etc. Stop it.
I still am grateful for our BedJets, don’t get me wrong, just PLEASE, BedJet people, it’s been years and many reviews complaining about these issues and you treat us like the cable tv companies. You can have every channel you want except these two, and you have to have all the foreign speaking channels too.
Make me give you a 5 star.
BedJet better than ChiliCube
We have had the Bedjet for about 6 months. LOVE it!! Both of us! I like to sleep with the temp at 68* while my husband likes his side at 84*. We keep the room at 63*. I had an issue with my unit shutting off during the night. They replaced it within 2 weeks and I didn’t have to ship the defective unit back. When I ordered an extra cloud sheet that was too hard to use, they sent me a new one. I corresponded with them via email and they were prompt to reply and prompt with replacing what I complained about.
I had previously owned a ChiliCube and enjoyed it until it started leaking. I did some research and figured I would try the BedJet for awhile. There is no comparison. I liked the ChiliCube, I love the Bedjet.
What a DISGRACEFUL company!!!
So after doing a bunch of research online, I decided to take a shot at ordering the BedJet V3 since they now had an Australian version on sale. I went through the standard online ordering process, accepted the shipping and taxes charge of $261 (which seemed incredibly high but I was willing to pay) and then looked forward to receiving my product.
However, around 4-5 days later, I started getting messages from FedEx saying there was a $350 import taxes bill due. When I called, I was told that BedJet did not pay the import taxes and that I would need to pay these if I wanted the items delivered. Given I had clearly paid shipping and taxes on checkout from BedJet, I made contact thinking this issue would be quickly resolved.
The response was dumbfounding! I was told that no, the website was not correct, despite the hefty "shipping and taxes fee calculated at checkout" charge, in fact they don't cover all costs and I would indeed have to pay. Obviously I reacted furiously and told them to refund my money which did occur but the fact they did not apologise for their error and offer to cover the taxes is a great example of how not to treat a customer and speaks to how they probably handle after sales as well.
My advice - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If this is how they treat customers when trying to make a sale, just imagine after you have got your product and you have an issue!

Fellows, if your wife is hot flashing.... Two words... BUY IT... Not only will she sleep better but you will to.
FALSE ADVERTISING
Despite using the words 'cooling', 'ultra rapid cooling' and 'make one side of your bed like Alaska' in it's advertising, Bedjet 3 (and 1-2) DOES NOT COOL ANYTHNG.
Despite it's deceptive comparisons to products that ACTUALLY cool, like Eight Sleep and ChiliPad, it DOES NOT COOL.
Despite having fake temperature selection on it's remote control IT DOES NOT COOL.
It does not have the capacity to cool. It has no A/C, no compressor, no heat exchanger, no evaporator, or any other component needed to cool.
It's JUST A FAN that blows ROOM TEMPERATURE AIR UNDER THE COVERS. PERIOD.
And their '100% Risk free' claim? Forget it.
They will not stand behind their product and will not refund the product you bought based on FALSE ADVERTISING.
It's all slick, purposely deceptive marketing to sell you a $450+ fan and dryer hose.
If you read all of the industry reviews, they ALL disclose they make money from affiliate marketing. You'll also notice that the reviews all look like they were written by the same person.
FTC complaint pending, will also be filing a small claims suit in Rhode Island court to recoup the money wasted on this scam.
