I haven’t got the delivery as yet dpd states still waiting so a little early to ask

I will tell you when the product arrives… which it hasn’t yet 8/11/24

The shoe rack we purchased, was not as we expected and was poor quality. We only opened the box and resealed. We contacted Bed Kings via email in order to return the item. We did not receive any reply. A couple of days later we phoned them, we asked to return the item. We were given a return cost which was greater than 50% of the value of the item. This is obviously done to deter returns. In the end we just dumped at the tip.
We would definitely not return as a customer

The actual Ottoman was good quality but it was incredibly difficult to put together. No way could a single person without an electric screw driver could do it. Badly designed for self assembly which detracts from the actual furniture.

The trundle bed is fine but I was very disappointed to discover I had only ‘booked a doorstep delivery’ & so the bed was left in the hall. We are nearly 70 yrs old & had to drag it upstairs ourselves. In this day & age, surely all beds should be taken upstairs by the delivery people?

In regards to communication they have been amazing. I am yet to receive my furniture but they have updated and corresponding to any enquiry made. Can’t fault as of yet

I’m really happy with my purchase of bedroom furniture.It was assembled for me by two lovely lads who were polite and courteous and worked cleanly .I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family .

Ordered colour swatches for material choice. Hadn’t arrived after one week, contacted Bed Kings who confirmed order had been dispatched but sent replacements which arrived quickly.

I was pleased with the quality of the furniture, its a shame that the colour was green when grey was ordered, it said grey on the boxes, I thought it was a greeny grey until I opened another unit that is grey, but as the wardrobe and chest of drawers had already been built, and packaging discarded it will have to stay, otherwise service and delivery people were good, M King

Excellent service, excellent quality and easy to build

Looks good but drawers not deep enough for larger shoes (mens) which have to lie horizontally.

Constantly bombarded for feedback despite unsubscribing TWICE. Any company that does not take ownership of customer data seriously does not deserve to be in business and, should I receive anything further, I will be reporting to the Information Commissioners Office for clear breach of GDPR rules

Well made furniture. Arrived on time. Drivers/assemblers polite, friendly and did an excellent job. Even moved the cardboard it came in. I would highly recommend this company

Sturdy bedroom furniture and friendly delivery drivers.

Ordering was easy and communications were timely. I knew the product that I wanted and delivery was soon arranged from stock or the manufacturer and the price was competitive.

The logistics company they used for the delivery was also very good with helpful personnel.

Super value for the price easy to put together.
Just one thing sorting all the fittings screws etc took so long to sort otherwise all good.
