I ORDERED A STATUE AND RECEIVED A FLAT PIECE OF SHIT, NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED.
AND NO REFUND FOR THEIR FAKE SHIT.

Wish I had come here to read the reviews first… Thought I was ordering a statue and received a piece of Balsawood with a picture glued to it. Something you might pay $1.75 for a dollar store definitely not $78 Canadian.

If you’re thinking of buying one of the perfect reader gifts don’t it’s a shame it’s the most unrealistic thing I’ve ever seen and it comes on a piece of ply board with a picture stuck on it. I paid $65 for a piece of rubbish. Don’t touch it.

I ordered the statuette of the girl in a chair reading surrounded by books. I ordered a relative’s name on it too, as a congratulations for all her hard work at school. What arrived was a flat laser cut piece of wood that looks more like a cheap fridge magnet. I paid $74 for it. I immediately wrote to customer service to complain. They politely told me that’s what I ordered. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed or 30 day return. I told them I wanted to return it. No polite reply this time. I told them I feel scammed. I’m mad at myself for not checking here first before ordering. Sending what I got to my relative would be an insult to a young girl who has done so well at school despite challenges - like something I picked up at the dollar store. Buyer beware.

From all appearances the item looked 3 dimensional and when I got it, it was nothing more than a painted picture on a flat piece of cheap board. It kind of looks like a statuette. Total waste of money.

It took a while to get to me but everything regarding shipping was good. Kept nicely updated. My issue is I paid over $75 for something that just isn’t worth that much. It’s cheap and small made of pressboard. Bee careful.

Wish I had checked here before ordering. Also received the flat, cheap piece of wood instead of a figurine. Over $30 down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I purchased a product that from all pictures In website appeared to be multi-dimensional. The name said it was a plaque but the picture showed something different. I spent $40+ dollars on a painted cardboard. Looks cheap! It came from outside the country (China) and company does not take returns or give refunds. I emailed and expressed my concerns about false advertising but their service was very poor. I do not recommend this company. Would not purchase their products.

I ordered something for my wife's birthday, but never received it. Customer Service indicated that the item was undeliverable because they didn't know the gated community access code. However I don't live in a gated community, and the is no "access code" since my home is a single family dwelling. They shipped the item "back to the warehouse".

Product cheap nasty and grosslyoverpriced

If I could give them a 0 I would. I bought an American flag that they had advertised. You could get it pre-lit with lights or not. I chose not. When I got the flag it was thin , the material was bad and the threads unraveling. It looked nothing like the picture advertised and I could have bought better quality off of Temu. I requested my money back via email, which is the only way they would communicate. I went round and round with them. They kept declining the return because the advertisement showed the lit version of the flag. The best they would do is give 30% back even though their return policy says they will return it if it’s not as described which it wasn’t. According to them, I couldn’t tell the material was poor quality because it wasn’t lit 🙄. After getting nowhere with them I gave up. I went to their Facebook page to leave a review and they had turned the comments off. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. It’s a scam.

I received a personalized Girl Loves Books. The description says made of wood. Technically cardboard and paper are made of wood but don’t be deceived by the picture. It is nothing more then a cardboard popup.

Do not order from this company, if you are unhappy with the product they do not let you send it back, I ordered the flag with lights and it is so cheap it’s dollar store quality. They said I can’t return it because other customers like it. Well I’m their customer also! They offered me a 15.00 gift card to use on their site. Why would I buy something else when customer service is horrible and cheap products. They are giving me a partial refund .

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give a negative start count I would. Shirt sizes run small (I didnt know that), so up the size by 2 sizes because they REFUSE TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND and are EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT!!!

Ordered father's day t-shirt XL and should have ordered 2XL, they run small. The custom pet theme phone case is very nice. Took 5 weeks (ordered May 13th received June 17th 2026) to receive my order because it comes from China, custom orders, shipping and then clearing customs in the states.

Ordered 2 items, only rec'd 1. Re-ordered item 05/29. Asked "Well .. It's June 16th and STILL haven't seen anything on my order. What is going on?"
Response: "We have received your recent complaint regarding this order. Please be advised that due to the nature of your complaint, we have proceeded to cancel your order in our system. Consequently, it is not possible for us to arrange any further shipment for this package."

I ordered a Father’s Day gift long ago back in May so that it would be here by Father’s Day. It has now sat in a Southern California port for over a week and has not moved or or has moved around within the port, but not out of the port. The company has not responded to me with my emails to Support do not order from this company until they clear up their problems with ports and this was not an international sale so why is it stuck in a port? I actually give it about a quarter of a star instead of a one.

Ordered a 3X shirt for my husband who wears a 2X. But because it was custom made I wanted to make sure it fit. Took 4 weeks to get it. When he tried it on he could barely get it over his shoulders. When I messaged them they said they us UK sizing which is smaller then US. And they would send me a $15 gift card. After researching UK sizing to US sizing they lied. Everything I found states they are the same size although US is a more relaxed fit. I told them keep your gift card cause I will not do business with your company

Ordered a Mother’s Day wooden puzzle with names engraved. The names are very difficult to read. I’m waiting for a reply from this company, asking for a replacement.
I talked with the company, they offered me $15 off my next order. I declined, I will not be ordering again. Then they offered me 30% return on my item which I took reluctantly because I was tired of dealing with this company. Will not be ordering again.

I received my two flag display cases today (5-23-2026). I was very excited about displaying the flags my father and father-in-law earned for their service and sacrifice. When I received the cases; 1) my father-in-law's name tag was crooked, 2) there were bubbles in the armed force emblems (both), and 3) (worse yet) the flags do NOT fit in the cases. I was very disappointed and will not order from this company again.
