Very Disappointed — Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with this company and the product I received. The advertisement makes this piece look like a beautiful, handmade, dimensional 3D plaque that looks like a box sitting on a shelf, with realistic corners and depth. What I received was nothing remotely like what was shown in the advertisement.

Instead, I received what looks like a cheap, flat, printed plaque, the kind of item you could find at a dollar store. It does not look handmade, dimensional, or anything like the product pictured in their advertising.

I paid $60 for this item. I contacted customer service, and they offered me only 30% back. I clearly told them that I wanted a full refund because the product I received was substantially different from what was advertised.

Since then, I have contacted them several times, and they have stopped responding.

I also noticed that their listed address says they are located in Colorado, which raised additional concerns for me.

I unfortunately did not read the reviews carefully before ordering. Their Google reviews are apparently not available, and after this experience, I understand why I wish I had been able to see more customer feedback before purchasing.

I strongly recommend being extremely careful before ordering from this company.

Item does not in any way match the 3D image of a girl sitting on a chair reading a book. It is a flat piece of wood with a thin stand. Buyer beware. These plaques that look beautiful in their pictures are not at all what you get. It has been a total waste of money.

I ordered an ornament for my granddaughter who loves to read. It appeared to be a wooden 3d design of a girl lying down reading surrounded by her books, also individualised with her name.
What I received is nothing like the picture.
Piece of rubbish including postage, cost me $77. It’s two pieces of cardboard stuck together with a cut out of a girl printed on it. The girls name is barely legible. It is absolute rubbish, which I don’t even think I can give it to my granddaughter with any dignity. After registering my complaint with the company, they indicated they were quite proud of what they had sent me, but in good faith they would give me a $15 voucher to purchase something else from them. Why on earth would I waste good money after bad. Do not deal with this company, very inferior product. I feel very disgruntled.

Ever since I placed my order there has been very little communication. I get a tracking number but when I try to track my order, there is no such order. They do not have a phone number and when you send an email either you get no response; or it takes weeks for a response. I’ve requested a refund, no action thus far.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this company, poor customer !

It's been 2 weeks since I placed the order. No sign of actually shipping the order. The customer service representative said it's been done, but how long it takes to ship an order?
I'll try to get my money back

If I didn't have to give a star I give them zero Stars they are terrible I spent 80 something dollars on a quilt fish design it was awful the colors are off it's blurry you couldn't even really see the cross on the quilt wanted to give me 15% for New Order no thank you if I was you I would not order from this company horrible very dissatisfied

I bought a purse and handbag costing around £50 I have not received my items or a refund !! I Was informed my parcel was delivered the proof of delivery was a picture of the parcel on my doorstep outside the house on a busy street when I went to look no parcel there I think it's terrible that the delivery company thinks it's acceptable to leave a parcel on a doorstep when my safe place is marked as inside my front porch then contact BM Gifts to look at it and all they say is nothing they can do item marked as delivery and closed it down disgraceful

My problem with this company they wont admit that they made a mistake, I have been sending them countless emails along with pictures of the clutch purse I ordered which they sent me the wrong color. I ordered a black clutch purse they sent me brown, it was to be a christmas gift for my friend, I purchased a personalized black pocketbook with her two dogs on it, they got that right, but when I got it and opened the package I was very disappointed, the color was brown not black. They keep telling me that what they sent me was black. I keep telling them it is brown, pictures dont lie. I will never buy anything from this company again, one thing for sure they take your money fast enough. They wanted to give me a 10 percent refund I dont want that I wanted a replacement or a full refund. They do not stand behind their products or do they help their customers. One very pissed off customer.

Auto response always the same. This company is a total scam. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AS YOURS.

My husband ordered stuff for the kids for Christmas presents 0n 9/18/2024. We have not received any communication from anyone. We emailed the email asking for an update and haven’t got any response. He spent about 250 dollars. Can we please get a resolution or our money back

I ordered a personalized queen comforter on 07/06/2024. I paid through paypal. Paypal confirmed payment. It's been over 2 weeks but BMG Gifts has not sent me an order confirmation let alone my order. I have tried emailing then repeatedly with absolutely no response so I'm afraid they ripped me off. And it wS not a cheap order it was nearly 78.00 I'm out. Horrible customer service/communications.

Horrible company to deal with. I ordered a custom cap that took several weeks to receive. This custom $34 cap came in a freakin bag. The crown was crushed and I am not going wear it. They asked for photo’s, which I provided. Then a couple of weeks later they offered me a 25% credit. What A Crap Company. Do not buy from this spineless, irresponsible company!

Placed a order September 25th. And another one Took my money out of bank but no response as to shipping
I want some answers. It says 7-9 days to prepare order well!!!!!! It’s been 13. And now 14-22 days shipping time. I need answer ASAP. These are Birthday gifts. Thanks

Liars in your response, never have received the first response from you. Ordered 2 T shirts a few days ago, I am trying to get the order number. This company has failed to provide me with it but yet took $52.52 out of my bank account. I am notifying my bank first thing in morning to see if this is fraud. Isn't it strange so many others have said you have failed to contact them when they contacted you.

I ordered what looked like bedspread and matching pillow shams.
I got the pillow shams and a SHEET with my dogs and their names stamped onit.

This clutch bag is so cute. I totally love it. Thank you 🌷.

Customers can select among animal breeds and colors and names of pets and people. Shipping takes a bit longer, because each product is made to order. Each item is of excellent quality, prices are low, and customer service is outstanding.

The Quality of the Items I purchased was Exceptional. So much more than I expected. The Colours were Great, and the Printing on the Bags and Caps was Awesome. I was so Happy with the end result, and Friends who saw them have now placed their own Orders.

I ordered an Iphone case with my 4 rescued dogs on it that I have had over the last 50 years. The case is sturdy and the pictures and names of my dogs are perfect.
