The transactions are genuine. Most of the cars I purchased are exactly as seen in the pictures and videos provided. Be Forward 's website is also easy to manage compared to other websites.

I love to do business with Befoward since I started importing my vehicles from them, I've never been disappointed all their vehicles are clean and they are just like new no mechanical issues. Hopefully I am looking forward for a better discount like the one they give dealers on my next purchase. Thanks again Befoward for your support.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Serious Payment Process Failures & Zero Communication

I have been a BE Forward customer and would like to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before committing funds.

The payment process was deeply problematic. After transferring funds, there was no timely acknowledgment or confirmation of receipt from BE Forward Japan. Despite multiple follow-ups, the communication from both BE Forward Japan and BE Forward Tanzania was either delayed, vague, or entirely absent — leaving me with no clarity on whether my money had been received and my order secured.

To make matters worse, a clearing fee of USD 300 paid to BE Forward Tanzania has neither been confirmed as received nor refunded as of the time of writing this review. This is an unacceptable situation. When a customer transfers money in good faith, the absolute minimum expectation is a prompt acknowledgment. The absence of this basic courtesy — compounded by the lack of any clear escalation path or responsive customer service — caused significant stress and uncertainty throughout the process.

I understand that international vehicle exports involve multiple parties and logistics can be complex. However, the payment confirmation and communication failures I experienced are not logistical problems — they are process and accountability failures that BE Forward needs to urgently address.

I would urge prospective buyers to:
• Demand written confirmation of every payment before proceeding to the next step
• Follow up aggressively at every stage — do not assume silence means all is well
• Keep records of all wire transfers and correspondence

Until the outstanding USD 300 clearing fee issue is resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend BE Forward to anyone without serious caveats about their payment handling and customer communication standards.

BE FORWARD has proved to be a maestro in this Vehicle purchasing and Delivery. You are very informative and please keep that up. My recent purchase though on 3rd Party vehicles is not impressive and I pray you may do better than this. Otherwise truthfully commenting Be Forward is awesomely packed with great services. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Beforward’s complete lack of accountability and pathetic customer service.

I imported a Nissan X-Trail Ref No. CC110376 through them. Within just 50 kilometers of driving the vehicle out of the port, the car suffered a catastrophic mechanical breakdown. The vehicle was sold under the impression that it was in good, drivable condition, but it clearly had severe pre-existing issues that were either hidden or completely overlooked during their inspection.

What makes this worse is Beforward's customer service. I immediately reached out to them to report the issue. They have completely ignored my emails, left me hanging, and refused to offer any form of assistance or response.

Because of their negligence, I had to spend an additional $4,000 out of my own pocket just to get the vehicle fixed and roadworthy.

Buying from Beforward is a massive gamble. If you receive a defective vehicle, do not expect them to help you. Their customer support is non-existent once they have your money. I will never buy from them again and highly advise others to look for alternative exporters who actually value consumer rights and stand by the quality of their vehicles.

I detest this site. I loved it until they blocked me from gaining access.. Says 429 error everytime i click their site. I wanted to buy a car from them but never will it happen.. I'll have to stick to SBT Japan.

Beforward has been less than helpful in handling my case involving two vehicles, CC070098 and CC248166, which were both involved in an accident before delivery.

Vehicle CC070098 was eventually delivered, but it arrived with several defects, including a damaged tail lamp, engine oil leakage, and an engine check light. Within only a few weeks, I am already spending money on repairs for a vehicle that should have been delivered in acceptable condition.

What is even more frustrating is that after I posted a negative review last month, I was given a few contact email addresses. However, the responses I received have mostly been generic, misaligned, and have not satisfactorily addressed my questions. In some cases, I have not received any response at all.

My main concern now is vehicle CC248166, which is still in Tanzania awaiting a court ruling. This accident happened on 27th April 2026, and the longer this matter drags on, the more money I continue to lose. I am tired of waiting without any clear resolution or meaningful support.

I am specifically appealing to the Beforward Japan office to take ownership of my case and provide a practical solution. My request is simple: replace vehicle CC248166 while Beforward continues to deal with the court process in Tanzania.

Please do not again refer me to the Tanzanian or Zambian Beforward offices, as they have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I need the Japan office to intervene directly and provide a clear, fair, and timely resolution.

Interacting with the CSR via chat or email. The vehicle was received a week in advance with no scratches or dents , like brand new. The interior was clean with no smudges either. I also received my documents well in advance and the process was smooth and flawless. I recommend beforward if your are looking for vehicle purchase.

I purchased vehicle BF No. [CB591472] from Be Forward. Their official Condition Check Report, signed by their inspector, explicitly marked 'Engine Noise' and 'Engine Condition' as OK. No issues were mentioned and the vehicle was Grade 4 vehicle.

​Upon arrival, the vehicle has a failed oil pump and critical engine oil level warning. This resulted in engine noise. A professional diagnosis confirms this is a pre-existing mechanical failure that could NOT have developed during shipping. Oil pump shows metal shavings indicating a serious engine issue. We now have to open the engine and check the condition. Serious expenses when all we wanted was to buy and sell.

​When I reached out to Be Forward, they refused to honor their own inspection report, claiming it is 'visual only' and that I should have paid for a third-party inspection. They effectively admitted their own company's inspections are not reliable for checking the engine's actual health.

This was a Jaguar with expensive repairs. I am actually a car dealer so to now start spending money on this is a serious loss. ​

If you are buying from Be Forward, do not trust their Condition Reports. They are not a guarantee of the car's state. You are buying 'as-is,' even if they tell you the engine is 'OK' on paper. Save yourself the stress and pay for an independent inspection, because Be Forward will not take responsibility for their own misleading documents.

Remember this wasnt a warranty claim for a future issue. This was a misrepresentation of the state of their vehicle. Advertised without faults but arriving with serious engine issues.

Another friend also a car delaer bought a Range Rover Evoque which came with suspension issues and turbo booster not working. Had to replace all shocks, turbo booster and other issues costing over $4000.

DONT TRUST THEIR VEHICLE CONDITION REPORTS AND YOU COULD GET A VEHICLE WITH SERIOUS ISSUES.

This is my second review for them. this time they done better but they really need to work on their communication and keeping the customer informed, their automated system does a good job at sending you email about the processes and payment but still no one will answer if you have questions until you start complaining.

This is the best website to buy your dream car, I was happy with my vehicle it was very clean and the engine is the best.

I love be forward

Purchased parts for my Honda beat once the money was sent communication went dark. They were not easy to contact or reply to emails either.
Then asked about the paper work and was told it was being organised for me.
Then asked again two weeks later, was told the same thing when I rang them, then just hung up on me with out sorting my issue
Now the ship has landed in port still haven’t got my paperwork.
Was told over email that I had to fill out the asbestos paperwork my self which didn’t make sense so rang to ask what was going and they had no idea what I was talking about or asking for
Not an easy process at all. So far very stressful
Still don’t know if I will get my paperwork or parts though customs

The car came defected and wasn't outlined before purchased. Extremely dissatisfied. The transmission needed bearings and that cost over $1000usd. Reached out to the person at beforward.jp that I ordered from, he didn't even respond.

1. Shipment of the vehicle was prolonged by over one month. The vehicle was supposed to arrive on 30 Jan 2026. Total shipment period was from 11 December 2025 to 16 March 2026.
2. The radio for the car came locked and no password available. Till now the radio and camera are not functional.
3. Overall physical appearance is good.
