Cute dresses, but they changed the return policy and now they don't offer refunds, only store credit. DO NOT PURCHASE multiple items thinking you'll keep one and return the others. We bought from BB because of their return policy, but they changed it in July. BUYER BEWARE. I now have $368 in store credit. GRRRRR.

Delivery was hard to receive but my dress is stunning!
The delivery partner that was used stated he could not easily access my address when no other courier had had an issue locating it. I had to ring the courier and organise for redelivery that night. I paid for shipping the next day as I needed my dress but only got it at 7pm. I understand this is no reflection on beginning boutique. I loved my dress and will be 100% ordering again. I ordered a size 22 that fit like a 20 but apart from that my dress is stunning and high quality!

Massive downgrade
I ordered from this site 11 months ago and loved all 6 dresses but it was for a dance so chose one. The quality and fit was great on all and consistent. I returned and recieved my money back minus the fee for the 5. I again ordered 5 dresses for a dance and they were all but one what I would consider completely cheap and not at all what I received the first time I ordered. The company no longer offers refunds so they have really downgraded in all ways. Sadly this is now just another cheap fast fashion company that got greedy. I used to think your dresses were better than the other brands but am very disappointed. Even the exact same dress was ordered in two colors and the dresses are different. One is beyond cheap. I donât see how I can order again as I have to order options to try on and donât want to be stuck with an huge credit! Online companies must refund customers given you canât try things on. Thatâs terrible customer service. All in all they have really gone down hill in my opinion.

Wasted credit
I really did like this brand I bought my bridal shower dress from there last year and it was great. However I ordered some dresses for an upcoming event and I ordered my normal size and they are huge! Plus the cherry on top is now this company is only accepting returns with store credit which when I ordered the last time I was able to return with a cash refund. My fault for not reading the TCs again but really disappointed because now I have credit with a company I'm never going to use again. Waste of money.

Beware of ordering outside of Australia
Anyone ordering outside of Australia beware! I ordered 3 dresses to try out as a wedding guest. All 3 were lovely dresses however when I went to return them I realised I had to pay £30 shipping back to Australia via Royal Mail! When I first looked on the website it had stated that returns would be payed for. I reached out to the support team and showed them proof that on my end it was coming up that they would send a QR code, stating that I wouldnât have ordered if I had to pay for a return (which I didnât see on my device). After stating this and sending proof they just said they would look into the âbugâ asked if I wanted to continue with my return and to send the tracking number over. Wouldâve appreciated a bit more help and havenât heard since, just received an email for feedback⊠not happy. Will not be ordering from here again and will be telling others not to order
