Hi Marisa, I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with our return policy, however we have all policy details listed on site, and it is important that this is read and understood prior to purchase - you are always welcome to reach out to our team for clarification if unsure!
Additionally our return hub is based in California so you would only be waiting local timeframes, and unfortunately our system is unable to automatically consolidate returns, but as mentioned if you reach out to our team we can absolutely assist with this, and waive the duplicate handling fee.

Hey Ray,
I am so sorry about this issue you have faced with sizing! I understand that shopping online can be a little tricky but please know that our team are here to help! Our team can provide exact measurements or even additional product information or photos so that you have more confidence in the sizes you will receive.
We use a variety of suppliers and fabrics so all products will slightly differ in the overall size/ fit which is why you may be facing these inconsistencies.

Please reach out to us at info@beginningboutique.com.au; we would love to be able to help you get a size that is better suited to the fit you are after, and additionally provide more details on the size/ fit so we can look into if there is an issue with the product.

Hey Shauna, I am so sorry that your order was delayed by 3 days. Unfortunately it looks like there was a delay on the couriers end which was completely out of our control. This is not the experience we want for anyone, nor is this the normal circumstance. I have sent you a follow up email. x

I'm truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and that your return wasn't handled to your satisfaction. We absolutely understand how upsetting it can be when a return doesn't go as expected, and we never want a customer to feel misled or unheard.

Our returns policy, which is clearly outlined on our website, states that returned items must be in their original, unused condition (free from any scents). When an item is returned with a noticeable scent, we're unable to resell it. In these specific circumstances, our policy is to offer store credit rather than a full refund. I want to assure you that our practices are always in line with our stated policies, and we operate with complete integrity.

I'm genuinely disappointed that this situation escalated to a chargeback; that's certainly not the outcome we ever want for our customers. If you could please provide me with your order details, I'd be happy to review the specifics of your case. This will also help us ensure our team is consistently communicating our policies as clearly as possible.

Hey Christina! I'm genuinely sorry to hear that the dress you ordered didn't fit as intended, and that you're disappointed with the refund amount after returning it.
Just to clarify, the $9.99 was for shipping your original order, and the $13.99 was a return handling fee for processing the return. We do try to make sure this is clear upfront in our return policy, which is available on our website.
We aim to provide a variety of sizing information to help prevent these situations, and I'm sorry that wasn't your experience this time.
