Gerd nous a accompagnés du début à la fin, nous a très bien accueillis dans les locaux d’Anvers et nous a aidés à choisir l’alliance également, en fonction de la bague de fiançailles.
Les pièces sont minutieusement élaborées par des artisans et tailleurs locaux pour des bijoux de la plus grande qualité.

From the day I spoke via WhatsApp with Beldiamond, they were very efficient and gave me all the explanation and information I needed. I am from Mexico, I took a trip to Europe to get engaged, so I coordinated the delivery of my ring to my hotel in Brussels and everything worked perfectly. They are very attentive and friendly, they always respond promptly.

This is my second time dealing with beldimond and I’m definitely not disappointed .

Je cherchais une bague de fiançailles pour ma future épouse, j’ai trouvé le site Beldiamond et j’ai prix un rendez-vous pour parler en personne.
J’ai rencontré Philippe, une personne exceptionnelle qui m’a conseillé pour chaque petit détail.
J’avais déjà choisi la bague sur le site mais nous l’avons personnalisée avec les diamants que j’ai choisi parmi ces que Philippe m’a montré lors de mon rendez-vous.

Beldiamond has been a incredible experience! Before coming to them I checked some other places. Trust me when I tell you that Beldiamond was BY FAR the best and most professional and personal one.

Gerd welcomed me like as if I was a long time friend. She even messaged me in advance to make sure I had all the details of their Antwerp office.

Once I was there, Gerd asked me questions and was very patient to understand what I wanted, and she helped me all along the journey.

When I made the decision for the ring, Gerd was super transparent and shared all the details about the purchase and the ring-preparation process.

They have an office in Brussels and I was able to pick it up there with Philippe who is super polite and nice. They make a great team!

All in all, I would encourage anyone who needs a ring for the special occasion to look no more and go for Beldiamond.

J’habite en Asie et j’ai commandé la bague à distance. Philippe via WhatsApp a été super disponible, première fois que j achetais une bague de fiançailles donc beaucoup de questions et d’hésitation. Très compréhensif et ne pousse pas pour le plus cher (même au contraire). Je n’ai pas pu aller chercher la bague je l’ai reçu en France via transport sécurisé.
Bref, expérience géniale, on a eu un peu soucis de détaxe, et Philippe était tjs là pour aider et régler le problème.
On va vite aller commander les alliances maintenant.

I found a beautiful and very unique engagement ring with Beldiamond that my fiancée adores. Contacts with Philippe at Beldiamond were very smooth, friendly and professional. While I finally chose a standard model I had already seen online (it was already perfect) I discussed several other options and possible modifications to the ring with Philippe before deciding and was able to feel fully comfortable with my choice. I’m very happy I came across Beldiamond!
