Been with this company for 7 years…
Been with this company for 7 years without a crash or points and every year my insurance goes up. But they end up matching my other quotes. I'm 52 years old I also drive for a living. So to my shock my 1.5 diesel Volvo c30 standard car more than doubled to £1,169.
And for all my 7 years of no claims and loyalty they can only take £75 off.
I will NEVER use them again. As this is shocking I'm not 21 and I'm not driving the damn thing every day as I get a works van home. So DO NOT USE THEM, UNLESS YOUR HAPPY TO GET RIPPED OFF

Mr. Johnston, we have read a review that you submitted to Trustpilot on June 16th/2023 to your insurance broker "Bell" (part of the Admiral Group) titled "Been with them 3 Years" and it was a 1 Star review. Given the timeline, and as we had thoroughly researched our records, you are not a client of ours; Bell Insurance Brokers Ltd (Grimsby, Lincolnshire) however a client of Bell (part of the Admiral Group). We also do not offer an insurance scheme associated with having a "black box" driving recorder.
I can appreciate your frustration with your broker (not us) and wish you well.

I used them for good few years
I used them for good few years. Good and Bad days. Molly is person to avoid as incompetency and level of customer service is belliw any standards. Gentlemans there usually helpful and polite. Unfortunatelly despite some good experiences Molly ruined picture and i can describe it as average british . so only two stars.
