Excellent service

Excellent service. Our account executive visited us several weeks before the renewal date to update his records with any changes needed. This gave him plenty time to find the best policy for us at a reasonable price. I was kept updated throughout the process while he found an excellent package for our company at a premium I am delighted.

I was very impressed with your service today. From my initial phone call everyone was very helpful.
I would especially like to thank Darren and Trey 2 engineers sent from Clearline group ltd. They were very professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and got on with the job. Very happy.

Ok on the whole

Not much friendly communication during the process. Prices came out good but would have been nice to meet face to face and feel as though they knew our business to advise more personally like the good old fashioned Rep.
