Both Dan (Sales Manager) and Luke (Sales Consultant) were superb and great ambassadors' for the dealership. I would highly recommend Bells.
Sadly, they were let down by Volvo Cars Head Office systems which were slow, inaccurate and a pain to deal with. They nearly lost my sale as a result. I will be emailing the MD of Volvo cars UK so she is aware of the impact of their systems!

This is the second Volvo we have had and each time we have been in to the service department Mark has been amazing he is always cheerful and helps us with whatever we need he is a great asset to the company

I am on my 3rd Volvo from Bells Northampton and the Buying experience has always been first class. However my experience of the service department has been anything but. With my first XC90 they refused to even look at it when there was a problem a few days before we were due to go to France. Volvo at Leamington had in the next day and found an engine mount needed replacing. Recently I have been trying to make a service appointment for my current vehicle and have twice left messages on the answering machine as they are always busy. Nobody has called back and I do not wish to message with a bot or book on line. I can only assume that they can’t be bothered to actually talk to the customer. Once again Volvo Warwick has come up trumps by answering the phone agreeing a date and a loan car by an actual person.

Luke was incredibly helpful and was able to answer all queries. My second Kia purchase just as straightforward as the first.

Fantastic service today from Bells Kia and particular attention to detail from Joanne who pre called me the day before my booking and kept me up-to-date throughout the day on the Service on my Vehicle. Good value for money. Would recommend to friends and family.

Met with Neil who showed me around various options , was attentive, knowledgable and listened to my requirements. Service was very quick and efficient needed a car as was travelling , attended Monday and picked up Wednesday , friendly helpful and professional

We are a family loyal to the Kia brand as the cars are fabulous and reliable. I recently decided to purchase a Kia ev car for my son and was dealt with by Jade. She was brilliant and so helpful in giving advice and recommendations without any pressure or pushing at all. She made the whole process extremely smooth and trouble free even when I changed my mind about the original car I intended to purchase 😂 she was patient, kind, understanding and able to direct us to a perfect car that my son loves. Car was serviced and washed. Customer service was great and they were very helpful. I was given a nice folder for the paper work and the report with the service book was inside. Kia had contacted me and reminded me of the service which I had forgotten about. So I was grateful for this to keep the mileage down for the Warranty.
