We are a family loyal to the Kia brand as the cars are fabulous and reliable. I recently decided to purchase a Kia ev car for my son and was dealt with by Jade. She was brilliant and so helpful in giving advice and recommendations without any pressure or pushing at all. She made the whole process extremely smooth and trouble free even when I changed my mind about the original car I intended to purchase 😂 she was patient, kind, understanding and able to direct us to a perfect car that my son loves. He is delighted with the car and is grateful to Jade for her professionalism and guidance. Thank you Jade!

Car was serviced and washed. Customer service was great and they were very helpful. I was given a nice folder for the paper work and the report with the service book was inside. Kia had contacted me and reminded me of the service which I had forgotten about. So I was grateful for this to keep the mileage down for the Warranty.

Took delivery of our brilliant new KIA Sportage GTLine S earlier this week, having traded in our KIA Niro. Throughout the buying process we dealt with Jade Griggs, as we have done for the last few years, and as always she was super-efficient and thoroughly professional. She's a credit to KIA and Bells Motor Group.

I was recommended to buy a KIA by a friend. I visited a few dealers including Bells at Bedford. I met Mark Given and everything was sorted over a couple of visits. He lent me a car over a few days to make sure that I was happy with the Sportage which I was. Picking up my new car today.

Came to collect my 4th Kia from Bells Motor Group today, fantastic experience as always. Special mention and thanks to Luke Burdett who has made this one the best so far. His knowledge and expertise is second to none, first class.

Neil Sidebottom was excellent . Patient , nothing was too much trouble. He explained enough for us to appreciate the car on our test drive , without overwhelming us. He said we could stay out for as long as we wanted. All the staff at Kia Northampton were very friendly and made you feel welcome.

Great service from Luke at Bells over the purchase and handover of my new Volvo. Helpful, patient explanations of everything and no sales pressure during the process. The car is great, the aftercare has been good - all that’s outstanding is delivery of the moose! 😜
